The great thing about this show is that It doesn't discriminate against bigger girls. Most Broadway shows, you have to be stick thin to even be considered. You turn up for an audition and are assumed to be a bad dancer etc. In Hairspray, you're not judged on appearance but your actual talent. THIS is why I love Hairspray.
