I heard that normally, when the child is born, he/she is lighter than usually. They won't develop their natural skin color til later. That's how my nephew was. When he was born, he was straight white. Now he's like light brown.

@cuzitsnecessary perhaps not all had a choice in getting the morning after pill, or birth control. There are some states that don't require refills on birth control, these are usually 'PL' pharmacies. There are a lot of ppl in the USA who are not educated on these issues. You can blame the PL agenda on that. Also, a lot of the time, women get pregnant while on some form of birth control

Great Post. America still feels "abstinence only" is still the way, and it's not. Postponing Sexual Involvement programs need to be more alive well in schools and after school programs talking about sexual pressure, parent-child communication, safe sex, pregnancy, HIV, and STDs.

People would be surprised to see how many young ppl, not just teens, that don't understand how birth control like the pill actually works.

@cuzitsnecessary Also, the fact of the matter is that abstinence only "education" has a lot of theology involved in it. Not all ppl who listen to these "lectures" have anything to do with the religious roots its tied into. Also, a lot of teachers that can teach bits and pieces of comprehensive sex ed, can only say so much in certain states, thus a violation of the 1st amendment, freedom of speech.

@cuzitsnecessary i was told u couldnt get ur tubes tied unless there was something wrong with u. a woman on here told me that getting your tubes tied or getting an abortion isnt the right thing to do to use as a form of birth control. i told her then stop having babies for men who arent ready to be a dad or dont ever wanna be a dad simple as that. i heard men now are getting vasectomies done as a form of protection
