i can understand going through the desert but through the city the infantryman tells the camera man to sit down and hold on they should not have priority. i was a driver and i took pics. but i had guys watching my back

Because he/she/they/whatever is part of the Combat Camera team. Can't remember the exact job name it is for the CF but its their job to record videos of stuff like this.
