Compare S2K to WRX :
- S2K : 240hp 2800lb,
- WRX : 227hp 3140lbs,
- weight advantage is for S2K also.
- The WRX has more torque but once u know that "horsepower = torque x rpm / 5252" and u know that S2K can rev to 9.0k, WRX only 6.3k ....
S2K will always win, when they start from 0 > not in beginning when S2K has low revs (and WRX has more grip also AWD), but it wont take long before S2K can see WRX in his rear view mirror :)

The auto wrx is 2 seconds slower than the manual wrx! to 100. manual does it in around 5,8 seconds auto is around 7.8 seconds. Models differ slightly obviously. check it out.

Depends on the driver aswell. I raced a yellow S2000 on Lake Mead Blvd in Nevada when I lived there and we were about neck and neck from a 40 mph roll. He even backed off first. He had at least exhaust and I was stock. Sometimes you win and sometimes you don't. Both cars are awesome, and if I didn't have a WRX, I'd probably own one of those slut S2000.

lol, "you need turbo to make it fast" Well, if Im not mistaken, the Honda has VTEC, which does the same deal as a turbo. Before you go ranting on how VTEC doesn't run boost into an engine, I know this, but they are both just designed to get more air into the engine, so that you can run more fuel in, which will cause a greater combustion effect, in turn creating more HP.

lol, funny because that is what I figured would be said, note the "before you go ranting on how VTEC doesn't run boost into an engine" statement that I made. The number one thing to making power out of an engine is combustion, which is an explosion more or less. To get bigger explosion(producing more power) you need more fuel, to run more fuel safely, you need more air. A turbo forces more air into an engine, allowing for more fuel.

Again dude, You cant compare VTEC to a Turbo. Want me to spell it out for you? I can turbo a Honda with Vtec... I cant turbo a Turbo'd WRX. Its already turbo'd. Sure, you can twin turbo it, bigger turbos, ect. But you know what Im saying. Turbo and VTEC are 2 different things, and you know it.

Depends on the driver aswell. I raced a yellow S2000 on Lake Mead Blvd in Nevada when I lived there and we were about neck and neck from a 40 mph roll. He even backed off first. He had at least exhaust and I was stock. Sometimes you win and sometimes you don't. Both cars are awesome, and if I didn't have a WRX, I'd probably own one of those slut S2000.
