She was arrested, held without bond ( or a very high bond, i forget which it was) for over 3 yrs, she stood before a judge, the da presented their case, the defense presented theirs, a jury heard her case then deliberated by going through mountains of info, the jury felt the da did not prove their case ( which they didnt) the justice system worked exactly the way it was supposed to work, CONGRATULATIONS CASEY! I'M HAPPY FOR YOU SWEETHEART!

Here's a fucking idea, either accept the judicial system you have put into place as a people and the fact that it might produce some results you don't like, or reject it entirely as corrupted and imperfect. Like a jury of a few uneducated Americans, who know nothing of law, forensics, psychology, neurology, etc. are prepared to judge the fate of a human being. This is what you get, a lot of murderers walk, and a lot of innocents get imprisoned.
