Janet's problem is that she is only stuck to one kind of song type. To prove us all wrong, she needs to sing a different genre like rock or disco.

Janet here looks like the same Janet i saw in the auditions, thats my opinion. i dont think that they changed her style, they just put her in more expensive clothes. i think she looks GREAT!

i personally love that the show gives the contestants make-overs, but im pretty sure they get their consent first as the contestants aren't forced to get them. It's just more exciting or the viewers. Also, i really dont think they give dramatic changes to their looks, they just make them look more polished and modern.

Great song choice and great performance. Janet is mesmerizing, and I couldn't care less whether they change her look or her hair, just as long as they don't change her voice.

She can obviously sing, but this wasn't a good song choice. It's good to make a song your own, but to enhance it or do an equally good job... But her singing this song just murdered it. If this performance was the original 'Fix You' then I reckon hardly anyone would've heard it. All the best to her and hopefully she gets a song well suited to her unique style that compliments it, but not this.

Wonderful voice, but her diction was particularly awful tonight, which was distracting me from that. I'd like to actually understand a word she's saying next week. Also, the "tears stream down on your face" bit was taken out of the song. Obviously it would've had to have been shortened, but they should've got it in. It would have truly shown how good (or otherwise) Janet is. She needs to leave her comfort zone some time.
