I purchased a new camera this winter, a Nikon D7000. It takes stunning video, too. I'm going to pair it with wireless mics so I can pick up all the foul language when the fish spits the hook. So more fishing videos will be posted this spring summer and fall.
As soon as the weather warms up just a little around March 1 I will be back on the river. My cutoff is about 48 degrees. Getting old I guess. Dan's been out and the water freezes around his reel and rod guides. Anyone who wants to experience the thrill of steelhead fishing give me a call at 440-610-1932. $220 for two people.
Week before last and before all the rain hit the river was jumpin with big steelies. They will be in and out of there all winter. Spring fishing should be good. Glad you got'em. River up this week, fishing no good according to guide Dan.
i watched them catch fish all day that day !!! they did end up with a pig too about 31"-33" it was a giant !!! they were using a 1/32oz black jig w/chart collar tipped with maggots!! i caught seven in a bout 3 hours the next day in that very same spot thx for the video guys!!
