  • 0:04 click that and it should be fine

  • remove the corps it starts to stink up the tank

  • i have a parana i put a osscor in to the tank and the parana mad a hole in it

  • no one messes with oscars they are beasts i have 2 =)

  • how do u keep a tank that clean i just started ive got the ph right and put the correct amount of salt my filter seems to work fine but water looks just off perfect HELP?

  • it happens with most new set ups ! dont worry it should sort out , get an air stone, do 15% water changes weekly

  • theres a lot of videos where an Oscar eats live animals...

  • causes thats wat oscars do, it be borring whatching em eat pellets

  • You gotta love the determination of an oscar pup. Look @ the size of that lobby compared to him.

What size tank are they in???

  • LOL i find it funny the way he carrys it around XD

  • is there a big difference between albino oscar and a tiger oscar behavior?

  • no they are just different colors

  • LOL. Your gonna need a hand drawn pic for this guy.

  • people say reds are more aggresive but tigers in my epion are better looking

  • I love how he stares at it for a while at 0:47

  • 2 would do fine in a 90 gallon. but they would love a 125. its 6 feet long. plenty of swimming room.

  • my crayfish runs my tank. the oscar allways runs away from it. the oscar is twice the cray fishes size to and my cray fish is also a red lobster.

  • Awesome fish, the shiny bits on their sides makes them look like molten rock.

  • eat that sucker

  • thats a crawfish lmao

  • =lobster

  • Leave the claws on and let it get to the bottom and the Oscar won't bother it and it will clean almost everything off the bottom even fish waste.

  • actually my oscar killed one with its claws on. my oscars about 3 inches long, and the crayfish was about 1 inch long. my oscar got the whole thing in its mouth from behind, and (I'm guessing) slowly digested its tail. then idk what it did, all I saw it do was play with the empty...head(or w/e its called, but the whole segment w/ the eyes/antennae "feelers"/mouth.)

  • lol vs? just a feeding session >_>

And it's not a lobster... nobody wastes lobster on fish lolz

  • "lolz" uhh most are bred for feeders douche fag

  • why do you have to say "douche fag"? you COULD just say "lolz uhh most are bred for feeders." and be nice. the world is turning deadly. Ex.: If someone breaks into your neighbors house, you can shoot them.

  • *in texas

  • i just watched power thirst and i tryed out the saying lol... no one diss's oscars.

  • oh, well I just am really annoyed at seeing comments like "OMGZ YU FAGGEN BASTUD IMMA COME TU YA HOWSE AND KIL U EN YEUR OSCAH" but OK. My Betta(Female) keeps swimming at me trying to swim through the glass, while my other one flares at her. lol. but I do have oscars but when I got them they had a pink spot on each of the sides of their heads...well I can't tell on my albino-ish oscar... but I think it might be hole in the head. But what can you expect from WAL MART.

  • actully hole in the head can be fixed with better water quality, just clean filters or do water changes, or buy another filter. your welcome captain over the top.

  • i have a albino tiger oscar with REALLLLY bad hole in the head....i have great water, all the chemicals, hes in great condition as far as i kno, but i cant stop him from getting more holes...can anyone give some advice? i love my fishy =( hes almost 5 years old

  • oscars are prone to hole in the head. it might be in to small of a tank

  • thats not a lobster its a crayfish

  • that's a crawfish....

  • nice oscars....come check out mine feeding

  • LOL PWND

  • for 1 oscar you need atleast a 50-55 gallon tank stupid do the math.

  • ummmm.... the video isn't loading??

  • Vid does not load :(

  • I have 2 oscars, an albino frog and an electric blue Lobster, who do you think will be the champ?

  • Oscar

  • i am not tr4ying to offend anyone, but anyone who doesnt know that u need atleast 50 gal for just one oscar needs to get their head examined...how would u like it if i made u live in a little box that u couldnt even fully strech out...thats what i though...i have never owned a oscar and i porb know more about them than some of u fish keeping morans who have like 2 of them in a 50 gal tank

  • Fish never outgrow the tank... and if you have a 50 gallon u can have 1-5 oscars in it. I had one live for 8 years and counting in a 30 gallon it just doesn't grow much, ,Happiest fish i've ever seen

  • I used to breed a pair in a 30. Had three in a 55, and one in a 75 gal. The guy in the 75 lived six years. The three in the 55 lived nine years. The breeding pair lived eight. I know how old they where when I got them, because they where all fry. All had the same water condition. My experience with the Oscar. Buddy had one in 5 gal, lived eight years never got over a inch and half. Dr. Inne has great research on using tank size to control fish size, started to help keep "diggers" in check.

  • that is the dumbest think i ever heard why treat FISH like they are Humans...should i treat you like a FISh?

  • dood shut the hell up, if he wants to treat his fish like royalty let him, he is the one paying for it.

  • i have to full grown ina 70 gallon..

  • i am srry but ur an idiot for havung 2 adults in a 70...i would recomend 100 ATLEAST more would defanitly be better

  • Nah, 50 at least

  • i have to full grown ina 70 gallon..

  • craw fish duhhhh

  • the lobster was already dead

  • 1 oscar to every 50 gallons ATLEAST, good to see someone who cares about the fish and not what the fish eats yes deffinatly a newbie

  • Comment removed

  • @RAmenFSM not if the tank is at least 2000 gallon

  • was that a live lobster?

  • well it was ..

  • i think your sarcasm notifier is broken if you think hes serious

  • mmmmmmmmmm lobster

  • yeah those oscars will eat anything that can fit in their mouth... i still love em though

  • how about if you try that on dry land?

i mean, an crayfish vs an baby oscar?

one of my oscars have died beacuse of that devil crayfish!

    good vid man.

  • Hey guys i have two albino oscars about 7 inches now, how big of a tank you think i would need when they are full y grown?

  • about 10 gallons max..they like to be snug and rather be close to each other

  • Maybe about 50+ gallons.

  • OSCARS ONE

    Red Lobster ZERO

  • kinda looks like a red crayfish because i had an ascer and a cray and the oscer ate it =D

  • yeah eat the lobster!

  • I bought about 20 feeder fish for my oscar, and put them in with my goldfish until he was to eat them. The next day, I saw two.....three...???? WHERE DID THEY GO??? I looked everywhere, except my goldfishes belly!!! Swollen and looking very happy with himself!! Fat pig ate them all, and oscar didn't get one. They cost me $2 a fish!!!! I wasn't happy. Never again.

  • well if that happend to me.. id feed the goldfish to him.. fuck it.

  • those are nice looking oscars

  • I had bought 2 crayfish for my tank. Between the Oscars and the Dempsy's I soon found out that I had just purchased two $2.79 snacks. Not gonna do othat again.

  • nah its more like oscar vs oscar vs oscar: who gets to eat the lobster :P

  • it's more like OSCARS vs lobster

  • Whoever wants to buy an Oscar Fish please visit my page and watch the video for info.

  • Is your fish tank like 150 gallons?

  • The Oscar I had ate into the shells of 2 large snells I had.

  • Finnish your food! There are starving chiclids in Africa...

  • oscars are the best fishes..if you want a predatory fish but also a pet-like fish...buy and oscar

  • Blood parrots are cool to, real smart.

  • Blood Parrots are just plain wrong. Its a man made cross breed that results in deformities and mutations that border on cruely. As cute as they look, people should stop buying them as it just encourages the idiots that breed them.... IMO...

  • I've had a lot of fish , parrots are my favorite. They have no trouble feeding like you might hear. The tailless mutations are not mutations, they actually cut off the tail :(. No worse than "fancy goldfish", I think anyone who has a problem should try actually owning one before they form an opinion :)

  • On that note I would never buy a dyed/tailless parrot. People are going to sell them regardless, so why shouldn't it be fish owners who actually know what they are doing rather than noobs that just throw the fish in a tank with no filter and have it die a slow death. They still need a good home in the end, and they deserve it like any other fish does.

  • If nobody buys them, they will stop breeding them and focus on natural species of fish. If there's no market for them, it'll become a waste of time and money.

Regarding the "no trouble feeding" - Blood parrots are a cross breed, of a variety of different naturally occuring species. Different cross breeds will have different deformities and issues. Just because a couple of yours haven't doesn't mean that some other different batch won't.

Google "Bloody parrot cichlid" and see other opinions.

  • This could be true with any hybrid, and hybrids do happen naturally, it's debatable. But the truth of the matter is everybody is not going to stop buying them, i'm just saying instead of trying to prove a point of stop something that can't be stopped people should give them a good home.

  • People could say that some breeds of dog are cruel, they are all man made. Dogs with big ass ears, small stubby legs, short pudgy snouts etc. Some dogs even have trouble breathing at times (very short snouts). I do understand your point, i'm just saying they are not as bad as you might think. The ones that "will stop buying them" are educated fish hobbiest, the ones buying them are random noobs, so this is a lose/lose for the parrot unless you give them a good home.

  • how big is that tank

  • lmao very nice fish
