  • Great work, it was like a trip down memory lane... or in this case, a trip to the memory starport. It took me back to my Traveller days. Do I ever miss those games.

  • Excellent animation great to see it being faithful to the original classic traveller artwork. Nice one 10/10

  • Diggin' out my Traveller stuff to play again thanks to this incredible bit of artistry:)

  • If there's ever a Traveller MMORPG, I would totally buy it.

  • There is, sort of. EVE Online is suspiciously similar to Traveller.

  • @JunkyardWillieFan your lucky day chum check out traveller-ar for a beta test of the upcoming iphone mmo. happy gaming.

  • Whooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!

  • Those fighters from 0:54 to 1:05 reminds me of the Minbari Nial fighter from Babylon 5 :p

  • Really marvellous. I always wanted to see a Traveller movie, this is half way there!

  • Is the tower standing out of the water the one from Double Adventure 6/Divine Intervention?

  • It's Research Station Gamma; Adventure 2.

  • On a subsequent viewing, I noticed a Ling Standard Products logo on a cargo crate! Excellent detail.

  • I've been a Traveller devotee since 1981 and I've got to say that you've perfectly realised a lot of classic moments and designs. The lanthanum grid is the icing on a fantastic cake.

  • Just misjumped here and found the movie - previous comments echoed; you deserve +1 Soc!

  • Yes, more, Mr. Boulton! Surely you can leave MWM to his own devices for a moment or two ...

  • Excellent, please do more!!!

  • Lovely work Andrew. Really brings the setting to life. Keep it up.

  • Can you tell me what music is used in this?

  • Pirates of the Caribbean

  • Thanks.

  • Oh My Gawd!! The Marava that we see is almost the paint job of the I.M.S. Margaret Thatcher frm my campaign!!! That is TOO cool!!

  • OK, this is full of win, but the icing on the cake is the jump grid lighting up at the end. As the author of "GURPS Traveller: Ground Forces", I loved seeing the Intrepid grav tanks. Nice work!

  • Thanks!

  • Well done, an excellent bit of fandom.

  • Hey, it's been a while ... time for another mini-movie?

  • Yeah, I know. I'm too easily distracted!

  • Excellent video

  • Excellent! Great music too!

  • I've been trying to do a Iris door like that for several years, never had any luck. please sell it?

  • The trick is getting the shape of the blades right. Try a parallelogram 120 x 20cm.

  • Thanks.. I had been focusing on using triangles, I'll give that a shot.

  • Triangles can work.

  • Fantastic, a good choice of music - Thunderbolt

  • Brilliant work. The new soundtrack is a great improvement, and you've synched it nicely. I'm all psyched up now to go out and buy Traveller-5. Has Far Future Enterprises seen this? Kudos on a job well done!

  • Mr Boulton continues to astound and amaze! :D

  • Well done. The pace is about right for the music. (I definitely need to learn how to rig a door like that.) Though in all fairness I prefer the original music, overall it is exceptionally well done.

  • Spiffing, Mr. Boulton!

  • AWESOME!!!
