If the link you click doesn't work...and if a box pops up saying something like: "You have to approve or something" and you click yes, then you can access Dreamworld. True, it's more convenient on DSiXl, I have DSiXL, but I think I like it on the computer. If you don't have a Pokemon tucked in, you can't use Dreamworld.
