lol you must had alot of fun in new years cause we used half of our fireworks on 4 of july and the other half we saved so when it was new years i was at friends house my family already shot all my fireworks! i spent $1500 on the fireworks and $1000 was used on 4th of july witch i was there but the rest of the $500 was wasted cause i wasent there lol i was mad! all i got to lit out of my $500 stash for new years was a not used little jumping jack!

I live in Washington also. id say probably at the Muckleshoot Reservation at a stand next to the Muckleshoot casino in Auburn or any other Reservation. Stands and Stores will both sell packs like that and indiv. too
