ha, no its a fake ass computer this company is a money bag all u have too do is go too system tools , disk derfragmentor

it takes out files that u dont need or files that are just hiding ,,

most computer have this,

xp sure does and i think if u have windows vista too..

if that doesnt work scan your computer for viruses or and dangerous files ,

i recommend Norton or Avg for this,

& also delete all the crap that u dont need, its better too buy an external hard drive too save your stuff in
