its called fast scope .. u aim with the center of ur screen on the guys .. then just push right clik almost at the same time u got to shoot so the scope appears a lil bit then ur shot is like a full scope ... its practice

Sorry to say this but, If you put &fmt=18 at the end of the youtube link then you'll be able to read the net_graph which clearly shows that he is sending packets to the listen server which on a demo is not possible.
