If you think that peace is a common goal, that goes to show, how little you know. I never liked Morrissey/Smiths until about 8 years ago when a freind played this song an it totally synced up to my life at the time and let me figure out alot of things going on...Fan for life...i get it now.
Welcome on board. My main phase of Morrissey/Smiths is over for about two years, but I regularly come back listening to the songs, because that still feels like coming home to me.
I ve never heard about him or his group until 3 minutes ago (in the radio). I didn't know I could be ever surprised again... and it is just happening..
@derfalschejunge I wouldn't say "gay." Being sad is a real thing. Morrissey is simply being honest. We hear all this talk of "keeping it real," but nobody wants to step up. Keep going, man.

Morrissey is never overdramatic. He says it like it is and like we want to say it, but won't. I love him. So yeah, anyone who says this is over dramatic needs their heads checked lol.

I daresay Dubai would be absolute anathema to Morrissey, and rightly so.
Dubai may not care for Morrissey or The Smiths, but I'd be willing to bet the feeling is more than mutual... Certainly I know which of the two inherently has merit.
well can't see your point. i am 30 years old to start with so this city can't be 20 years younger then my self. and the lvl of tollerance to whatever is new or alien. you could actualy think your in 3 diffrent countries all mashed up together. i hear that one or two smiths songs 80's rock nights or on the radio ever month or so. but i think the following is weak because of the lake of attention the media gives him or mayhap the lake of marketing he's given in this region.

Stop Me If You Thing You Heard This One Before is really better from The Smiths. And to you video I must say... In the begining I miss some more action... I don't know how you interprate the song. The song is with feeling.. But a very nice Idea. There are some interesting parts in your video.
Oh, don't get that wrong. The video does not reflect my interpretation of the song! I chose this song for this video, because of the atmosphere and the sounds in it, not the other way round. I realized the lack of action myself, but it had to be that way, because that's the way it has really been. Most times I wasn't really playing a roll...
