My former church now has an excalator and a weight room along with about 50 unused classrooms. And they are still taking money. Religion sucks. It's corrupt. The idea of religion is not bad in itself though. People can still benefit from Christian ideals without being trapped in a church paying $40 a service a week

I hear djent. Djent is the sound the guitar makes, not the genre. Experimental metal uses particular time signatures, poly rhythms, and usually has seven to eight stringed guitars. You could have all that and still not have a "djent sound." The breakdown at 1:30 is very djent.
How can Legend be in the shadows of FTFD... when the reason FTFD was so big, is because of Chad? Yes, structurally FTFD was more inventive, but the vocals are what you remembered. Chad's the man, his lyrics are truthful and poetic.

@thecoldnovrain89 Yeah pretty unique. I had the opportunity to see them a couple of times and each time he changed up his drumming. He stuck to the drumming he did on the album but it was always different and tasteful. He said that he'll still be around and producing so I'll be stoked to see what he comes out with.

Just because there in a low tunning on a 6-stinged guitar, doesnt mean there concidered that groove metal/djent.
Djent has practicular time signatures, poly-rhythms, and use 7 to 8 stinged guitars.

I hear djent. Djent is the sound the guitar makes, not the genre. Experimental metal uses particular time signatures, poly rhythms, and usually has seven to eight stringed guitars. You could have all that and still not have a "djent sound." The breakdown at 1:30 is very djent.

FTFD has been my favorite band since '09 but with the release of "Strange Faces" and "My Anthem- Like Symphony" I had to quickly dethrone them and painfully so =(

@thecoldnovrain89 Yeah pretty unique. I had the opportunity to see them a couple of times and each time he changed up his drumming. He stuck to the drumming he did on the album but it was always different and tasteful. He said that he'll still be around and producing so I'll be stoked to see what he comes out with.
