@AlexRampaul Yes, that's called code-3 (sometimes also called temporal). It's mostly been the standard for fire alarm signals for the past 16 years or so.
Speaker/strobes don't have any built in sounds. They play whatever the voice evac panel puts out. I believe the EST2 has a tone that sounds like the Integrity, so that's probably what you heard.
My school has an EST2, but we have mostly electromechanical horns. I do not believe we have any speaker strobes. maybe you were thinking of the EST Fire Shield?

Voice evac is an option on the EST2; it doesn't come on all of them.
