I did all of the steps but first I clarified with a home mix of vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, and tea bage (sit over night) (1 Tbs of mixture to 1 cup of water) rinse through pre washed and conditioned hair *Do Not Rinse* add wapping lotion, favorite oils, xtra water as Meg mentioned follow All Steps... The Softest, Full Body, Managable Relaxed Hair... I thought I would never find the right answer seeing as though I just went back to perms 6months ago. THANKS MEG.

@Ornela1309 keep your hair nice and flat and silky by combing it around your head in a wrap while its wet . use a light oil andto moisturize and let it air dry (use of a hood dryer is faster) take your hair down once its dry and run a flat iron through it to silken it out (optional)** EVERY NIGHT use a light oil on the lenght and wrap it ; you must use a silk or satin scarf that will not take the moisture out of your hair , it will also keep it flat while preventing damage and breakage.

I see that you don't use a lot of direct heat on your hair...does that make it grow better/faster? The longest part of my hair is down to my bra straps, but the rest of my hair is shorter and I really want all of my hair to grow longer. I can't seem to get it to grow past that point, and I do use a lot of heat on my hair.
