These programs need to be a bit longer. All of them are 4-5 minutes but should be longer.

My friend also have killed himself a few months ago.right now it still hurts like hell. I don't know maybe I could of done something.

Yeah but don´t blame yourself. I think there are many people that are depressed and have suicide thoughts but that doesn´t say it or show it.

i just want to say, suicide is not always a mental illness thing. i hate when psychiatrists say that and try to feed you pills to make it go away. that doesnt solve anything at all. they make it worse. and i think thats why alot of people dont seek help, suicidal people know there is help. they arent retarded. there are reasons for everything. and shoving pills down someones throat does not help. they made me feel like i committed a crime when i was in the hospital for an attempted suicide.

My 27 yr. old son shot and killed himself 2005. it is still killing me. every 8 minutes somebody commits suicide..every 12 mins. there are 10 friends and relatives left to deal with it. the mental health resources in US are deficient.the shrinks are just drug pushers for pharma. the legal drugs are more dangerous than heroin. My son was on antidepressants.
