Don''t be so sure, superjoo. I make a sort of butter-rich pound cake in the 'nuke, soaking it in a flavoured canteloupe puree before serving, and it's amazing. Lovely texture and taste.

yes,it can be,but you should use 5 tablespoons of it then and leave out sugar.
