  • Can it be hot chocolate powder? Or does it have to be actual cocoa powder? Sorry, I'm really knowledge diminished at this stuff.

    i guess you have either tried or forgot about this by now,but still:

    yes,it can be,but you should use 5 tablespoons of it then and leave out sugar.

    TBSP = tablespoon

    it's not coco powder...it's cocoa powder..isn't it?....

  • Don''t be so sure, superjoo. I make a sort of butter-rich pound cake in the 'nuke, soaking it in a flavoured canteloupe puree before serving, and it's amazing. Lovely texture and taste.

    Anyone want the recipe, please feel free to write.
