TheCrazyAdult is correct. I had a dermoid cyst removed in 1986 along with a partial hystrectomy and the cyst actually had pieces of hair, teeth and bone. It was about the size of a pear.

So so so so so so gross. Those cysts are sometimes referred to as a persons possible twin growing inside them, DERMOID CYSTS. I read it in an article in UK Cosmo..UGGGH.
