  • Hey there, first i wanna thank u, cos' u help a lot. Just a detail to this part. While pannig hard left or right u're losing 1-1.5db on instr. Don't forget to mention it next time. Respect

  • good stuff, thanks again.

  • I dunno, seemed a little too obvious to me. Almost distracting? I don't know.

  • @Musicmonk84 Very distracting. This is because the part prior to it is just too damn centered. It's too noticeable (and not a good way imo), so when the widening happens in the chorus its far too obvious.

There should be more stereo activity in the pre-chorus to make the song (and the chorus widening) more coherent.

  • @dkyx I knew I wasn't crazy. Unless we're both crazy...0_o

  • thanks very very very much for the tip!!!

  • @Fer666esp for metal you don't need a unmudded mix... all sucks so much that clarity is not the key for all those stupid 8 strings guitars and double pedal stupid fills :D

  • Great vid! I love this tutorial to see how you arrange music as a "mixer."

  • Man, I would totally double up that vocal and make it huge during that chorus!
