  • good.

  • what song is that in the background anyone know?

  • reminds me of roy on that baaaaggg

  • last ten secs of the vid was nice the rest was all showboating ie. little or no head movement and stayed out of range of the bag. the whole point of this bag is to hit it with combos and dodge it as it comes back. not hit it and look at it. good accuracy. though i feel HE could post a better vid easy.

  • thats great work

  • its hard to say if you have fast hands, i used to have really fast hands and thats probably why i think your around average... but it also looks like you have heavy gloves on... regardless good coordination, keep up the hard work

  • Great job - you have great coordination! I would definitely like to see how you do on the speedbag with all that timing and coordination! Can you make a video? Thanks! Showtime Johnny Pal

  • you should check out roy jones jr doing this if u want to see some speed on the double bag

  • nice!

  • Looking at u there I take it your a fan of RJJ?

  • I noticed this also, was getting ready to make a similiar comment until I read yours... A RJJ fan? DEFINATELY!

  • Im a boxer...

i can hit that fast and im a heavyweight.

    good accuracey though :)

something i need to work on

i go for the big blows

    understand?

    boxers get intouch

  • instead of straight big blows, go for combinations that end with a big blow.

like when they cover their head hit the body and end with your dominate hand hook to the head, most boxers usually see big blows and end up blocking.

  • What I do is practice with out the gloves...or I use smaller gloves or only hand wraps. Your accuracy increases 10 fold, so that when you use your gloves (like this guy) you will make contact every single time

  • i am the 4th best boxer in engleand at my weight and age!

  • OMG

  • everybody works the end bag differently imo.

His style is that of a hands guy. Like a jones jr or calzaghe...not saying he's them but his style is such

I prefer to get up, close and personal. Let bag hit me back, defend, rolls, slide, counter off stuff, run my numbers..etc but that's my style.

he's got nice hand speed and accuracy obviously or he wouldn't dare trying hooks or 45's on the bag imo. I've seen guys master the 1,2 on it and that's all.

boxer or not the avg can't do it.

  • Pretty good but punches to wide...fastest way to a target is a straight line...your n ya way though

  • thats class, its so hard to do that and he did't miss once nice vid

  • this is pretty good!!! nice !

  • you should all see roy jones jr do this, he hits it like 30 times in 8 seconds

  • what is with this pawing style of punching looks a bit like a grizzly bear punching good skill shown though

  • ur all losers pretending to be boxers.

  • That was REAL good!

I'd like to see any of these assholes post a better video.

I won't hold my breath though.

  • V hes training you don't use your strength its about technique not power, power is in the fight

  • This guy is better than Ricardo Myorga, sure hope Don King sees this and we'll see this guy get a title shot.

  • It is quite impressive cause his body can keep up with his hand-eye coordination and reflexes to a certain extent. I say to a certain extent cause he isn't giving his all... His only using his upper body. He isn't pivoting his feet and snapping his waist. His punch isn't as heavy as it can be... If he was using his full potential and still maintaining his rhythm and accuracy. That would be extremely impressive.

  • how long u been trainnig for ?

  • 19 years

  • nice job but pretty bad if you cant use more then 30% of your strength.

  • He's pretty good.

  • ur good not amazing though

  • its called a double end bag

  • floor to ceiling actually...

  • what kind of bag is that called?????

  • check the title of the video, genius

  • Hey that was impressive he never missed

  • a bag don give back the punch mtfker where is tyson here shit

  • i have never seen this man in the gym...

  • guy who commented below is a knob sayin both iron mike n ali dnt do dis bt dey both pt da hours in on these fings n der even mor important den hevy bag as der as unpridictable lik a fighter

  • actually double end bags are very predictable

  • yes but theyre still fucking hard to do. u have to have real good reflexes, hand-eye coordination aswell as incredible skill

  • have you guys ever seen mike tyson working on the double ended bag?

It is shit doesn't help you to fight against Ali

  • he moves like a sloth but fast hands

  • u duck and weave real slow but good punching

  • Manny Pacquiao is WAAAAY faster.. thnx im ignorant:)

  • Manny Pacquiao is a little chineese girl... hes not even that quick. the bloke in this video is one of the quickest ive seen!

  • the fastest person iv seen on floor ceiling ball is roy jones jr

  • ok, I am sick of this. . . Manny has little to no style but the absence of style doesn't mean the absence of speed. Manny has some of the fastest hands in the business and his speed is often down-played taking a backseat to his power and heart. he is at times redundant and predictable... but dont get it twisted. he is very fast! If he wasnt, those redundant combinations would never get through!

  • cool!

  • m8 ur klass i luv dat bag cnt get enuff

  • The floor to ceiling ball!got to be my favorite bag/ball !

  • how small is the bag?

  • where can i get one of these bad boys

  • this guy has great range in his hands, short strong punches...but doesnt seem to bob or eave his head much...keep it up...

  • Thts how ya do it..I gotta tighten the tension on mine after seeing that shit..

  • nice coordination

  • AMAZING speed.

  • My face hurts....:-)

  • he's not on boxrec

  • sei un mostro man troppo forte.

  • it seems to be very small bag. The smaller the harder!

  • Love the reggae in the background. Where is this gym?

  • Love that reggae music too, martial... that's Church Gym in Brooklyn, New York... famous.

  • actually manhattan, not brooklyn

  • i like how a bunch of nobodys on youtube slate a pro..when clearly he knows what he is doing

  • you make a very good point

  • good co-ordination

  • Check out 52 blocks!

  • great speed and co-ordination with the hooks but why so few straight punches where you have to avoid the ball hitting you ?

  • I was thinking the same thing. Lets see a bit more head movement.

  • Mosely's better

  • no shit

  • I have a double-end bag approximately that size. I'm using a bike tire inner tube and a combination of bungee cords in an attempt to make it real fucking quick like in that video. It's pretty quick (not nearly as quick as I'm used to) and the return motion is quite choppy. If anyone has some recommendations, I'd love to hear them. Thank you in advance.

  • i woulds worry about it too much. as long as its not too loose its a good exersise

  • more tention on the bands

  • more tension means less reaction from the ball making it easier

  • not really. a very loosely tied bag will be slow. a high tension bag wont move that much, but those small movements will be quick. so a medium tension bag is good because it will move far enough, and quite quickly

  • great, real good man, what gym is that, is it in london?

    keep itup

  • church st boxing gym in downtown NYC

  • guys look up roy jones on double end bag wow all i can say

  • Nice, but it would've been more impressive if the gloves were a bit smaller.

  • you got your range down to a science bro! you're an artist. are you pro?

  • That was good, you got good timing, nice skills man. Also check out Sugar Shane Mosley training the double bag.

  • nice combo.......helps hand eye cordination and timing.....

  • WHAT

  • wow, amazing technique!

  • ditto on swinton135 comment; keep those dukes up!!!!!! otherwise, cool stuff!

  • your hooks are kind of flickish but it my be just your style a little slow on the latteral movement but great job with the rest..dont mind the known boxers trying to get you down

  • dude ure looking great, don't mind stupid fucks!

  • He would rape any1 trying to street fight him, except "Kimbo Slice"maybe.

  • kimbo slice is a piece of shit, and if I meet him on the street im going to split his fat fucking skull...

  • Respect dude. Awesome speed and coordination but how would this type of guy come off against a half decent street fighter using his fists and who can bang just as hard?

  • Why does it have to be compared to street fighting? As a professional fighter the last thing he wants is a street fight. So who gives a shit how he would do..thats not what he's training for. Anyway your looking good man, different style that may be taken advantage of but regardless great speed and precision.

  • AWSOME AND EDUCATIONAL THANKS

  • Nice

  • Pretty good nice work. That bag looks a little tight though

  • well i am was the midlands boxin champ last and year mudvayne33881 is correct boxing is all about speed the faster u punch the more force u hit with ill put a few of my trainin seccions and fights so i can demonstrate

  • thats bullshit. Body mechanics are such that leverage is more important for power than sheer speed.

  • If that was the case, Floyd mayweather would be knocking people out left right and centre because he is faaaast.

  • speedy work! Better get them paws up though speed don't mean shat when their right lands heavy

  • This kid was quite good. I'm all about the speed and head movement!

  • Thats alot harder than it looks!

  • Timing buddy Timing is what it is all about!

  • datz truu

  • hope he dont plan on droppin his hands like that in the ring

  • You are correct. All good boxers train like he/she is facing a real opponent. Good observation, Bently.

  • this bag is all about hand eye coordination, if you can do what he is doing someones head movement will be very slow.

  • yah double end is for accuracy and evasive movement

  • You don't use power for the double end.

  • hi speed but weak punches

  • youre not supposed to hit the double end bag hard, you just have to focus on speed and accuracy

  • your not suppose to use power on the double ended bags

  • exortus can tell u dont kno anything about boxing speed is power the faster u move the harder the hit try to swing fast without using power u cant do it

  • this is a bullshit idiot statement. Again, SPEED AND POWER DO NOT GO HAND IN HAND. Power comes from leverage. The force of a punch is not just a function of the speed of the fist but of the arm and body its connected to!!

  • I thhink I know wha you're trying to say but in relation to punching, one way to look at power is Power = Speed + Precision I think your thinking of power in relation to strength. Fair comment but a little agressive.

  • wuts gonna mess you up more an airsoft bb traveling at 200mph or a train going 10mph? look up 'mass-energy equivalence' on wiki.

  • it's alll riiigghht
