Has any record label or artist realized that in order for one person to get 1000 songs they generally need to spend $1000? This is why I don't buy music. Your math is way off btw. 10% of the people would be beyond amazing, the reality is only about 0.1% buy the music. In 2 months I've only made $200. Yeah $100 a month is nice, but I've put probably 20-30 hours per song x 9 songs = 225 hours of work for $200. That's $0.89 an hour. That's without including video-making, web design & promotion, which is nearly time as much as writing the music.
