  • what a bounce :O

  • next time get closeup of the rail, you will love it

  • This is only 100 miles from where I live, which is near Galesburg(Biggest town around, figure if you've heard of any of em it's that.)

  • ale zapierdziela

  • i had this exact epericnce in NE ohio. empty car carriers was the worst. at 70mph, i stay the HELL away back.

  • Try to count all the china shipping containers. There were a ton

  • how many carriges are there for crying out loud??

  • boing boing boing boing boing boing

  • holy crap that was scary if it derailed over bouncing we would lose one of our favorite locomotives

  • So where's the bouncing? I didn't see any.

  • the only trains we get in columbia is amtrak, csx, and this black diesal train idk what its called

  • Bouncing!! and nice catch!

  • The only thing shaking beyond tolerance is the camera at the beginning.

  • is this in california??????????? where its been shot?

  • Used to hunt Pheasant down by Streator. Beautiful territory in a Flatlander sort of way.

  • Silly foamer, that's not bad.

  • Thank God it wasn't serious condition. But still, somebody should out to call the BNSF crew to check out the condition of the track for replacements.

  • "WHEEEEE! Look! I'm BNSF and havin' fun! Bounce! Bounce! Bounce!"

  • @TheAmtrakboy acela doesn't use K5HL horns

  • dang, that train was hauling ass, lol

  • Totally train porn.

  • this isn't bouncing. i was expecting parts of the train to go in the air.

  • @elephant35e for a train that is absolutely terrible. i pdont think you understand the concepts of basic locomotion. that train is traveling at 65MPH and carying over 60, 20 ton cars each, even the slightes imperfection in the rails is incredibly dangerous. and this is terrible, the damned things lucky not to have snapped a wheel right off

  • At that speed I'm amazed that none of those cars derailed

  • Train Porn???

  • this is right down interstate 55. in illinois i think.

  • I live in between the canadian national main line that goes into toronto and the canadian pacific main line that goes in to toronto so its pretty busy on both lines and with CN's new SD70M-2'sand ES44DC's and CP's SD90MAC's and their new ES44AC's i'm all set.

  • acela horn

  • BNSF Really Reminds me of CN Rail

  • I love that horn

  • no worries, the train is just happy. :)

  • It's like what happened in Thomson IL in 2005. Bad ballast between the concrete roadbed and teh concrete sidewalk resulted in bouncing and did lead to a derailment.

  • It's good to see -- that many containers .. in ONE train movement (as -- how MANY cars .. would be intimidated .. on the highways ... if ALL of those .. went by raod .. on the back of trucks) ..As every one .. would most likely be .. just as a ONE_UP .. on an articulated 18wheeler unit

  • all of the trains in my town are slow and always carry box cars so it kinda neat to see a train with that kind of load and the speed it was doing

  • What "bad crossing"? Do you think it'd be used long if it wasn't capable of the rated speeds/loads of that line? Do you think the crew wouldn't radio it in, were it a problem?

OTOH, there were at least 5 "square wheels" in that train- bad wheel flat spots from brake lock-ups. Given the high wheel-loadings of freight cars, the pounding they give the rails will not benefit the rails.

  • I have some NS vids where they do that at a crossing in my hometown.

  • We had a soft spot on our double main line BNSF crossing, You could really hear the couplers rubbing against each other as the cars jumped about ! Then one day the BNSF crew and a alot of machinery stoped by, cut out the rails and dropped in a pre assembled model RR looking segment, welded the rails and done in a couple of hours ! Really cool to watch

  • umm i didnt see it bouncing i just didnt

  • @tyrone36922 You can see it bouncing and rocking from side to side when he comes around the curve and just start to blow the horn.

  • ridin dirty

  • wow i used to live arount there

  • man that thing is flyin!

  • We see lots of grain cars and stackers in Spokane...love watching those trains go by...

  • shit thats heap of trailers.you wouldnt even see half that here.and the power of the train *sight*

  • lol *bounce bounce bounce*

    should be reported :P

  • surpised there wasnt an accident

  • you can actually see a little bounce right after the road crossover. every car bounces a little

  • the locaton loks like Ancona, IL

  • @supertouring Ancona it is :) Favorite spot when the corn is down

  • the longest train ????

  • i believe i counted 78 cars... damnnnn

  • Thank god for suspension lol :P

  • that a long freaking train!!!

  • @maloney4lfc there are many videos of way longer trains but maybe you meant a long train for that location?

  • where was this at

  • @MrUnionpacific Ancona Illinois. About 5 miles southwest of Streator

  • @pavabo i live near galseburg illinois

  • it was the camera that was bouncing not the train lolol

  • Fantastic train and video!

  • *boing*

  • I didn't know the Chinees Wall is mobile ?

  • burlington northern sana fe now totally owned by warren buffet.

  • @nsakic thats crazy man!!!

  • for a train he is hauling major ass

  • I hope someone informed the railroad about this.

  • @plateshutoverlock Like maybe...the engineer. LOL. There's really nothing to this. Just a bit of minor work

  • mommy, why is that train jumping lol?

  • love the echoing at 0:12

  • The containers aren't going to fall off. Each top can is secured to the bottom can via 4 IBCs (inner box connectors) made of steel. It's a twist-lock. Thats why all cans have the holes at all 4 corners in the stacking posts. Also secures them to a chassis for highway transport.

  • i way it's bouncing it looks likes it about to derail

  • The railroad should be informed about that.

  • i dont think there have been very many incidents of the cargo boxes falling off the train.

  • I thought the leading locomotive was a GEVO.

  • it is a gevo

  • What is maxiamal speed for this trains and locomotives?

  • like 66 or 67 some where in ther

  • ooooo that dont seem right!! x x

  • Nothing bouncy ever happens where i live... -_-

  • Nice video!

  • I think the engineer noticed that... I'm an engineer myself and i think iv'e been through worse. When the locomotive dives into a set of loose ties and then the suspension bottoms out. WHAM!!! it's odd that nothing breaks....

  • Never seen Mexican jumping boxes..LOL

  • doesn't look like much, but it was probably bouncing 8-10 inches...............ya some one probably should report that.

  • wow wish we had trains like that here=[

  • @irhererOfLoL me to

  • @irhererOfLoL you wish you had china shipping? LOL

  • i dont look tamped cuz u can see the bump that should be report to some1

  • A little tamping here and there and call it good 8^P

  • OOH, you should report that

  • Awesome 5*****
