I think this was one of her first live shows after her horseback riding injuries. I'm guessing the dress is covering up bruises and or bandages. She deserves MEGA props for performing as well as she did.

@LUJANENSE , that dress was "abba inspired"??? Abba never (well, almost never) dressed frumpy. In fact, the ladies in abba showed a lot of flesh with some of their skimpy costumes. It's hard on the eyes watching MADONNA in a baggy dress that goes down to her knees! Hell, i even wear skimpier women's clothing that that! (I'm a SHAKE WEIGHT CROSSDRESSING DANCING street performer)
@AnitaCock , well...I don't think you have to stress on the word MUSLIMS there...it sounds very much anti-Islam in a way...I'm a muslim, and I love Madonna in everyway...as long as you take the good side of her, I think it will be just fine, regardless of whatever clothes she'd wear...anyway, thanks for the video...really loved it...and I loved Madonna too...very much since the day I was born...=')
