Yep, That is the idea. In the final steps I will hook this setup to rigid body objects, so when unconscious it will become a real ragdoll. I might actually use hardware skinning instead of Blender armatures though (using a custom vertex shader to calculate it in GPU, instead of CPU)
Somehow reminds me how EA's skate was created. It also had it's own complex animation system that looked kinda like this. Awesome job! Keep on going with it!
