What annoys me about those sorts of advertisments is when the person in the before and after shots obviously just got glammed up and changed posture and sucked it in and the facial expression in the 'after' pic are more positive....the exact same sports bra and shorts somehow fit perfectly after the person lost 20+ pounds...mysterious..

duh those commercials are as fake as hell. they should change into the same clothes for a picture with a fixed camera every like 4 days depending on rate of weight loss and if u want a higher framerate timelapse. thats how u know its real if u see one person turn into another. tho i guess even that could be edited to keep like the face and stretches it convincingly.
