Ah good times as a kid. When everyone was finally fucking asleep, you had the tv and remote all to yourself, and nothing but b-flicks were on and Rhonda was making that funky mix of sex & humor.
this was when cable was actually worth paying for. everything has gone to shit on television. reality tv, spoiled pregnant teenage brats, swarthy guido degenerates, and cocktail-swilling pampered housewives - all garbage. anything intelligent goes off the air as soon as it came on.
man--i grew up on this-lol--so many good memories--from rhonda to gilbert--they had some awesome segments and showed good movies as well--man oh man--the memories-
@bnns4979 lol that's why i don't watch television anymore unless its sports or ill try to find a movie worth watching.Thank god for the internet and youtube.:)
I miss that big hair on women! Along with landing strip pubes instead of totally bald. And what's up with those duck faces. Down with the modern age, up with the early 90's revival! Fuck high-def too, bring analog back
Best times! I remember watching this every fri sat night, 90's... toxic avenger, every sorority babes movie, the movie 'HUNK', and Class of nuke'em high!
Man this was the best program ever i watched friday with rhonda and sat with gilbert. I miss the 90's so much sometimes i wish i could go back. Bring USA Up ALL NIGHT BACK PLEASE!!!!!!!
I had totally forgotten about USA Up All Night!! Growing up we would ALWAYS watch this at sleepovers and stuff. We loved Rhonda, and the terrible movies. This brings back lots of memories from the late 80's and early 90's. I didn't realize it had stayed on until '98. I didn't watch it during the mid to late 90's because I was in high school then and usually wasn't watching TV on Fri/Sat nights. As far as I knew it had ended long bong before then.
My life hasn't been the same since this show went off the air. I miss it. If they ever bring it back, I want them to still show movies from mostly the 70's & 80's like they used to. Rhonda sells her own line of bras and panties now on HSN. She's not as skinny or young but I still think she's hot.
I remember one promo with Gilbert Gottfried for an Up All Night screening of Hellraiser 3: Hell on Earth. And they actually Doug Bradley in full make up in this promo with Gottfried. I was so looking forward to it, but the night it was supposed to air they instead played Child's Play 2.
@hulliscorrupt I Use to watch USA Up all Night Back in the Day and they use to show alot of my Favorite shows on Up all Night But i do agree with your comment some People Did not Like to stay up to watch Late Night T.v. and I do have alot Going on in my Life im always Busy with something i only get to go on youtube in my Freetime But im Truely Busy and my Job is 24/7 im a RN and I Miss this show :(
@Lakena2552 I was speaking generally based on the comments, and on this clip, which you have to admit is very poor. Personally I think Howard Stern's Channel 9 shows stuck the knife into these puerile 80s comedy shows, and raised/lowered the bar for everything that came after; such as foul language and immature humour.
I loved staying up on weekends when I was a kid and watching USA Up All Night. I remember it being the first place I'd seen a lot of the B-movies that I still love today. USA sucks now other than Burn Notice. Oddly enough a show co-starring Bruce Campbell who's movies were played on USA up all night.
Can someone help me? I've been looking for a movie I saw in 80s, it's about an angel that comes down from heaven to help some loser meet women. One of the lines was "When a girl says no she means yes" and the angel can freeze time. That's about all I can remember any help would be appreciated.
@neosimstyler I don't believe so. Miracle beach starring Dean Cameron and Ami Dolenz Is about a guy who finds a genie who trys to help him get a girl, but ultimately he falls in love with the genie. That and Miracle Beach was made in the 90's.
@DeMarkieSade it was 1988, I was around and I remember the first UAN I watched was with Gilbert Gottfried hosting the program from a bowling alley. Caroline Schlitt hosted UAN on Fridays until Rhonda replaced her in 1991.
Night Flight was the BEST!! Late night TV totally SUCKS a big Donkey-D now. All you see are fucking info-mercials! Bring back the good stuff......PLEEEEEEEZ!!
The BEST...i remember during my college days watching this, with my friends , drinking beer, and not going out, and then saying what the hell, lets go out its 1 a.m.!!!!!!!
@DrewBludd To be honest, I think it's a stupid question. But all that I mentioned is true. Didn't haven't over think it. She's just a USA Up all night host, alright? There's no special title or anything. She's hot too.
It amazes me how many people agree with me (that USA has devolved from a slick, cool-alternative station into a dumping ground for the same mainstream drek that it had once been a haven from) and yet the network has not done anything to address the situation! God Forbid they take the tastes of their viewers into account!
TV used to be pretty cool, now its so watered down and boring with all the csi crap. Its a sign of the times, the late 80's/early 90's people actually had fun where as now everyone is to busy being serious to crack a smile. Fuck people and fuck current TV.

Then another about a guy making a huge rat trap and killing himself with it? There were others, and they were creepy as hell. I have been looking for years for them. Anyone know if they are up anywhere??
I remember watching USA on late night Saturday night and seeing Rhonda Shear and USA Up All Night. Between that and also watching Mtv's Oddities that showed animated shows like "Beavis and Butthead", "Aeon Flux", and "The Maxx", and Fox when they aired "In Living Color" and "Tales from the Crypt". God, I miss being a kid in the 90s.
You know what pisses me off? All the cable stations nowdays, and no one is trying to bring back the "Midnight movies" like this show and TNT's "Monstervision".
@Guardiann1 I know, people like Gilbert Godfried, Rhonda Shear, Joe Bob Briggs. I used to love watching those people doing their little commentaries during the commercial breaks of classic 80's movies during the late nights on the weekends. And you know if you watched USA Up All Night you couldn't wait for the commercial breaks to see those sleazy and cheesy phone-sex commercials wanting to charge you 4.99 a minute. Bring back the good times dammit.
Amen. Again, all these cable networks, and no one is playing a "Midnight Movies" set-up. And I don't know about you, but when Nightmare on Elm Street came out recently, I was looking for the Freddy marathons(which is a moot point for me, since we have them all) on some channel...and no dice.
I'm goin to be the better person and respect others opinions...even if they are the ones that start mess online with strangers for no reason but that of boredom.

No, ur not the only one that watched saturday night, I watched both friday and saturday night. I didn't mind Gilbert that much...he was pretty darn funny and goofy looking. lol
What happened to USA up all night? We want to see low budget films. We miss the toxic avenger! Alright mabe that is an exageration but it was better than many films coming out today.
the network changed directions.. USA was a great network for showing old sitcoms and cartoon express and I used to love Up all night and night flight but the network went junky by 2000
we should start some type of forum for fans who like these sort of movies and maybe influence indy movie makers to create these type of things over again. the emphasis should be on great storyline, great charactors, lots of nudity, etc.
we should try to get some type of new internet tv/video site to host the movies.
Several things shaped my love for movies but USA Up All Night, ABC Late Night Movie & Paramount weekend crap movie fest are top on the list. It's a shame the cult movie genre no longer has a real place.
Why, did they ever take this off the air?. I loved, staying up all Night, Friday and Saturday. They, showed so, many campy horror, movies. They, need to have more show's like USA UP ALL NIGHT. AMC< just, has Fear Friday, which sucks. I wish they would bring back USA UP ALL NIGHT. It, was such a fun time staying up all night and watching Rhonda, and Gilbert. USA, NETWORK get your fan base back, and bring back USA UP ALL NIGHT!

used to love usa up all night and night tracks
modern tv is a joke and they don't want to be non-pc, so we should lobby a website instead and make our own tv!!
I remember I was 8 years old when this aired. I would sneak into my room like I was sleeping but turn this on so I could watch the horror films, I couldnt wait till Friday and Saturday.
UP ALL NIGHT! I'm 26 and my sister who is 5 years older, loved to watch this throughout the early 90s, I don't remember much of it except it was something to do!
OMG I'm 26 as well and I remember watching this when I couldn't sleep as a kid even though I wasn't supposed to. My friend and I bonded on USA up all night being the first time we saw the movie, "My Bloody Valentine" and thinking we saw it both at the same time as kids in separate states.
They should rerelease some of these old movies as a UP ALL NIGHT series or something. These would be on at like 3 in the morning and they'd always be dirty.
Good times...this brings back childhood memories. Do you guys remeber any of the short horror movies that would be played before the up all night movie would come on? They were like 15min movies.
Ah good times as a kid. When everyone was finally fucking asleep, you had the tv and remote all to yourself, and nothing but b-flicks were on and Rhonda was making that funky mix of sex & humor.

we should try to get some type of new internet tv/video site to host the movies.
used to love usa up all night and night tracks

Several things shaped my love for movies but USA Up All Night, ABC Late Night Movie & Paramount weekend crap movie fest are top on the list. It's a shame the cult movie genre no longer has a real place.

I always wondered why my generation is so over sexed. look how cool Tv use to be. 900+ satellite channels just dont make up for this. lol!

speaking only for myself of course, they should have called it drunk and stoned all night!

getting stoned was the 60s. drinking and doing coke was the 80s. get it straight fool

USA, NETWORK get your fan base back, and bring back USA UP ALL NIGHT!

this was great and i enjoyed it as well. but i dont think this type of tv works in this age.
oldrestless 2 years ago
USA wanted to reach a broader audience and become a more mainstream network, so they dumped this and the other b-ish shows.
Remember Friday the 13th back in the 1980s and 90s? Wall-to-wall Jason, but not anymore, Lame!
JazzyUte 2 years ago
sorta, i mean it was the cool b-movies that rocked not the f13th shit
TheNewMusicNetwork 2 years ago
Oh c'mon now. Nothing beat a Friday the 13th marathon on Friday the 13th.
Kinda like Halloween on Halloween.
But yes, the b-movies were always the best (same with TNT Monstervision).
JazzyUte 2 years ago 2
That's true to a degree. but that's on those specific days.
TheNewMusicNetwork 2 years ago
Yes. Either way, nothing beat spending the night watching Up All Night.
Damn USA!

modern tv is a joke and they don't want to be non-pc, so we should lobby a website instead and make our own tv!!

the single most important reason why TV has sucked since the 90s
goldlessbassist 3 years ago
I remember I was 8 years old when this aired. I would sneak into my room like I was sleeping but turn this on so I could watch the horror films, I couldnt wait till Friday and Saturday.

UP ALL NIGHT! I'm 26 and my sister who is 5 years older, loved to watch this throughout the early 90s, I don't remember much of it except it was something to do!
fleckx 3 years ago 2
OMG I'm 26 as well and I remember watching this when I couldn't sleep as a kid even though I wasn't supposed to. My friend and I bonded on USA up all night being the first time we saw the movie, "My Bloody Valentine" and thinking we saw it both at the same time as kids in separate states.

This show got me through puberty. It was clever and infinitely entertaining. USA is complete arse for doing away with it.

Rhonda hosted the Friday edition; Gilbert Gottfried [currently the AFLAC duck] was the Saturday host.

USA Up All Night was the bomb!!!

They should rerelease some of these old movies as a UP ALL NIGHT series or something. These would be on at like 3 in the morning and they'd always be dirty.
VirginSuicide77 3 years ago 4
Good times...this brings back childhood memories. Do you guys remeber any of the short horror movies that would be played before the up all night movie would come on? They were like 15min movies.
cashdenali5150 3 years ago 4
Absolutely! Some of the horror shorts were, "The Dummy", "Drip" "The Contraption" and "Panic"
I LOVED those! Hell I loved The USA Network back in the day. Saturday Nightmares, Commander USA, Up All Night, and some kick ass game shows.
That station was the best! Too bad it totally sucks balls now adays
