  • @JieHongChen basically you're saying that koreans dont like homosexuality, i agree that its fucked up...

  • To those who are homophobic:

Ask yourselves this: "what do homosexuals do to me that heterosexuals dont"

Also "homosexuality is unnatural" is a fallacious argument as not only you do not have any concrete evidence to support your statement but its also greatly disproven by nature itself, hence why its NATURal.

  • To all those preaching south koreas tolerance of homosexuality: not too long there was a military law that made any homosexual sexual act punishable by death. There has been SOME development on society's progressive acceptance of homosexuality but not much.

  • first of all...FUCK gays...second of all...im not gonna get thumbs and i dont give a shit :) and lastly S Korea is NOT EVEN CLOSE to being Asia's most conservative countries....ASIA has like 20001284 countries in which like 120931624985 are uncivilized....being one of the top 5 most advanced Asian countries, S Korea has acceptance, maybe not PUBLICLY like western people which makes sense cuz its Asia...its different and dats not bad...

    KOREA FTW!!!

  • @hwaedonniijang That's quite funny since your unintelligent drivel about acceptance and civilized people brings doubt towards yourself.

A country is not civilized if it cannot accept others based on bigoted and hateful teachings.

  • Where is the Lesbian Cruise?

  • eh.. the topic of sex is taboo regardless of ur orientation. especially for youths. that doesn't mean korea is conservative specifically against gays >_<..... this vid is completely ignorant to korean culture. and what's up with the orgy cruise?? is drinking and dancing really all they are doing there?? lol jkjk.....

  • I'd love to blow up the ship!!!!

  • I challenge all gay person to simply ask himself if man is made to have sex with another man or woman with another woman--biologically, emotionally, socially, etc. etc. For those who answer no, then simply ask yourself the next question. If your brain forces you to do with your body what you are not designed to do, is this civil rights that we need to celebrate or something that we need to say no with compassion? I know some people violently disagree but there is a way out if you are willing.

  • Homosexuals and liberal activists are redefining words like tolerance and phobia to label anyone who disagrees with them with hate crime. Then it's OK to jail them, ostracize them and eventually murder them in concentration camps. It's like the Nazis, only this time the camp commander is gay.

According to new definition of tolerance by gay activists, if you accept homosexuality you are still an intolerant bigot because you believe there is something to accept. You have to go all out for gay.

  • But isn't south Korea mainly atheist? The most gay hating countries r the Islamic ones

  • THATS ONE SEXY SHIP :D

  • we don't hate gay - one of Korean

  • nice to know not everyone in koera is not homophobic. but i wouldnt want to visit there either way... i b too scared i get beat up to death.

  • @Joeyblondewolf2 why would u get scared of getting beatup?

  • This is news? Not everyone who goes on a gay cruise is gay anyways.

  • @leslie33JlK

Which is why it's called a *gay* cruise.

  • Whatever is going on in that cruise...

    do not want to know

  • @skimyy nothing going on that's different from what goes on in mixed-gender cruises, except most of the dudes are gay and get with other guys...well, now you know, anyway...

  • As soon as homosexuality is condoned, people start questioning the next limits. It's not untrue to say that if you must consider a deviant form of sexuality to be legitimate, then who is to say that pedophilia or animal sex isn't "legitimate" as homosexuality? I guarantee that once homosexuality is condoned, the line becomes harder to draw. What do you do with a gay pedophile who banged a barely underage male? Condone all things? The line's gotta be drawn somewhere. Tolerance isn't that great.

  • @Tripo1iSamson

Wowowowow slowly there. There is something called consent. Homosexuality is a consentual act between adults that do not harm anybody - you cannot in anyway compare it to pedophilia or any other form of abuse!

  • @Tripo1iSamson I do hope you keep in mind pedophilia is common among all sexualities, and not just homosexuality. The HUGE difference, that I'm unsure you're aware of or not is that condoning homosexuality is to accept the broader spectrum of love. Sure, the same can be claimed for your two examples but one is about inter-species relations, which if fucked to say the least to even mention in this sort of situation, and another, to me, more along the lines of child rape. :/

  • @Yuushi and for better or worse many societies have long thought of homosexuality as bad too. It's great to see you spew your encapsulated cultural line about how inter-species or inter-generational sex is wrong, but homosexuality's okay. Likewise, a generation before you, people would be saying all three were wrong. In a few generations, you'll have people pushing for less and less limits. Can't draw the line between members of the same gender, so age and species is next to follow.

  • It's great how society switches things up. One generation is taught that homosexuality is wrong (biologically speaking it may not make much sense), then the next generation invents the term "homophobic." Hilarious. So you're homophobic if you objectively admit the qualities your society has in tolerating blatant homosexuality. Sure. But is heterophobic a word? Nahhhh. Maybe there should be a -phobic word for people who refuse to respect other society's norms.

  • Pretty lame to exclusively cater to gay customers, as someone who catered exclusively to heterosexual customers would be labeled "exclusive" or "prejudiced."

  • @Tripo1iSamson AWW thats why youve got all the anger isnt it... you just wanna join their cruise!

haha well i'm sure they'll let you sweetie. hopefully you'll learn that none of them are paedophiles. they just love men. and men are lovely, right? so where's the harm?

  • @marjoramarjoram Not particularly. I'd like to get on a cruise ship, sure. As for that petty attempt at you make some turn on me regarding sexuality, that's both immature and malicious. And when I go to a country, I try to respect it's traditions. A bunch of wealthy homosexuals deliberately publicizing or making exclusive their stupid meetings is just lame and insulting. Perhaps a homosexual is just as likely to be selfish and ethnocentric and insensitive as any heterosexual.

  • @Tripo1iSamson seriously?

come back when straight people have to deal with picking who to trust to tell about their sexuality, having a constant possibility of being assaulted, are being sent to ex-straight ministries, living in constant self-hatred and fear before coming out, or are second class citizens in their country. then i'll listen. a gay cruise doesn't exclude straight people from coming on board - it assures a safe environment where they won't be judged for being who they are.

  • @badoomboomboom That's overplaying the victim card. Most people that aren't gay don't care about gays lifestyles.

  • @badoomboomboom "come back when straight people have to deal with picking who to trust to tell about their sexuality," Sharing sexuality isn't a huge concern in reality. "having a constant possibility of being assaulted," Where? By who? "are being sent to ex-straight ministries" by who? How? "living in constant self-hatred and fear before coming out" Maybe that's a good reason to change or not be dramatic? "or are second class citizens in their country" What? Gays can vote, drive, live.

  • @badoomboomboom And the rationale that this cruise is literally a big gay haven of safety for all those poor wealthy gays is laughable. So I guess gay pride rallies are done so that people can have a "safe envrionment"? Yeah, right.

  • @badoomboomboom Likewise, I keep up my same argument that if any business prided itself on serving or catering to one unique demographic, it's being exclusive. There's no "gay" version of Pizza Hut, or McDonald's, or Disneyland.

  • There are ALOT of gay people in Korea, it's just that they aren't out about it.

  • let me guess, that had a massive group gay orgy on the deck of the ship,,

  • I thought this has something to do with Tom Cruise XD

  • KICK THAT SHIT OUT OF KOREA

  • homosexuality in Korea used to be taboo on the subject, but slowly opening up. Still to declare you are homosexual in Korea is like social suicide.

  • @TheFreshmeat31 Respectfully the question is are you serious? Do you think that you can tell if someone is gay ? The reality is most not at all and the majority of gays do not flock to bars and gay districts but live their lives - that is not to say anything about men (women) who are married and living thier lives out closeted. You may consider you even know some but hardly would come out to you if your going to have such prejudice man - got to chill in life - no one is going to rape you friend.

  • @TheFreshmeat31 They have a lot of gays in Korea - lots just more closeted but more and more they are coming out. Now even have a gay parade in Korea !!!! Your just a closet case - if you were straight you would not care what others do but it is very threatening to you for others to be free as your a captive of your mind.

  • I want to go to Korea sooooo bad!

I love Korea and I'm gay. But they are becoming more open C:

  • Koreans hate gays

  • @aznboi1398 I don't know any Koreans who hate gays. They seem to love Harisu, though.

  • @aznboi1398 They are already too gay.

  • @jukie1414 People with attitudes such as yours are often closet cases. I see from your profile you have a thing for men in uniform-LOL

  • Korea may be conservative, but they are not close minded!!!!!!!

  • Fucking gay prejudice

  • i agree with JieHongChen, South Korea is not that conservative.

  • There's a lot of fudge packin goin on on dat cruise ship.. dats sick!!!

  • @freedomfyter What does it have to do with you. Why would you criticize someone over what turns them on? (Kinda Pervy don'tcha think?) Wondering around and obssesing what gays do in there bed rooms. LOL

That is I can only imagen all you're thinking about is "Butt-Sex" despite you're bigoted exterior.

  • Seoul, the capital of South Korea is FAR from conservative, and there are plenty of gay clubs there. Korea has also released several gay themed movies in the last few years, 'Antique Bakery' was one of the highest grossing film for 2009 in Korea.

Basically this is the most ill informed report ever. South Korea is amazing.

  • This is total bulshit.

To start, Korea is most certainly not one of Asia's most conservative countries.

Secondly, what's with interviewing a few random old people and recording that they don't like homosexuals?

I live in Australia, and i know that plenty of old people here are homophobic. Same sex marriage is illegal here too, and yet Sydney is reknowned for being gay friendly. So those points also make little sense in proving that korea doesn't accept homosexuality.

  • @JieHongChen

I live in South Korea and trust me Korea is very conservative. However this is changing with the younger generation, but only slowly ... very slowly. Open gay couples are virtually never to be seen in Korea.

  • @JieHongChen hey lil' gay chink

    go suck your japanese phones

  • @JieHongChen Hahaha, trust me, Korea is.

  • @JieHongChen Korea IS one of Asia's most conservative countries when it comes to same-sex sexuality.

  • Well, I'd *definitely* and *forcibly* stop him from stopping them. ..***뭐랄까?????**** Korean hillbilly!!

  • Don't eat the meat-it's dog and cat meat. They love it.

  • they don't eat cats. and btw only a percentage of old generation in korea eat dogs. if you didn't even live there, don't act like you know about them

  • true. just as californians love to eat cochroach sandwich.

  • what makes gay people so special to where they can have there own cruise?

  • @brandon6pk

I'm "straight" so you know I'm NOT trying to cover "for" gays.

Ever wondered "WHY" they have to have such thing as "Gay Cruise?". Too many (the majority) take things from the bible literally that "Gays" are not accepted and are rather looked down upon.

Open your mind and accept them for who they are regardless whom they like to sleep with. You'll live better understanding through positive thinking ^.^

  • I thought it was about tom cruise...
