  • Sorry, Er ist zwar Körperlich respektabel, aber das mach noch keinen guten Deutschen Schäferhund aus. Die dieser Rasse hab ich so auch noch nie gesehen. MfG

  • 1:13 our dog lookd just like that :(

    I miss it much :(

  • I have seen many GSD, but still, the most beautiful is "Nero, beautiful german shepherd",STRAIGHT BACK!

  • its a mix breed

  • 2:48 what is exact name of this type of shepherds? plz anyone

  • i wishd id had 5 german shepards

  • Stunning the Long coat GSD , lovely looking animals

  • I LOVE GERMAN SHEPARDS THEY ARE AWESOME! :D

  • You have some truly beautiful dogs. I thank you and other folks like shiloh for doing their best to restore the breed to their origins.

  • That dark one looks like my Pedigree GSD except my boy has a longer tail. My boy is HUGE and is purebred.SO BEAUTIFUL

  • are you kidding me is that the song from legend!?

  • 1sowild: Spot On!!!

  • Be careful,we bought a King Shepherd pup and he looks terrible....breeder in Virginia is a liar

  • @bear022013 You have to be careful with King. Look up Shiloh German Shepherds and you'll understand. I believe King is one of those bad breeders that is trying to take credit for all the work that Shiloh has done to restore the breed.

  • @GrungeMetalRocker is it Rush?

  • Comment removed

  • @MrImtheschmidt Sorry, it's Loved by the Sun by Tangerine Dream with Jon Anderson on vocals. The rest applies. It is from Legend.

  • Omg they're so big and floofy! I want to hug them!

  • who sings this

  • my german looked like that except for the head, his was smaller...unfortunately hes passed away this morning ... :/

  • nice dogs god bless them :) :) i adore the german shepherds they are so nicee :) :)

  • im getting myself one of these. golden retrievers are still waaaaaaay better!

  • best breed ever

  • That's not a large boned german shepherd, that's a King german shepherd which a cross breed between German Shepherd dog, Alaskan Malamutes, and Great Pyrenees, as for the Large boned german, it's just a purebred german shepherd that is just bigger than standard GSD.

  • @jozeaphe Actually these are real german shepherds. If you chose only the biggest dogs from the litter to breed , then the pupps will be bigger than normally. It's just selection. Besides, the king shepherd it's much more taller and have different pshycological caracteristics.

  • @missdogirl I know what a large boned German Shepherd is, and I know what you are talking about, but that dog is not a pure blood GSD, it's not a large boned GSD, that's a mix. Read about King German Shepherd and check the pictures. It's face and head are NOT GSD.

  • how to identify single fur n double fur german shepherds??

  • the black and tan long haired one is a good one a copy of my own Tracy

  • @vickyUSA but thats not thick boned as claimed i had a male german shephard with bones heavy as neopolitan mastiff but unfortunately he is no more

  • the boy looks the dad of my lost boy also called ash

  • these are beautiful shepherds, best dogs and the easiest to train

  • Such nice looking GSD's. I have had GSD's all my life and enjoy the breed. These are some huge dogs for sure. Blitz my service dog is a DDR GSD and is sable in color and also rather large at 86lbs. I would not want your food bills. Don't listen to the haters here, I have a breeder friend who has a 7 month Czek GSD who is as large as my Blitz and its still a puppy with huge bones.

  • OHHH NICE DOGS

  • Comment removed

  • where are the GSDs?

  • the gsd at 00:42 looks like a caucazian

  • Isowild- If you have 30 yrs experience breeding GSDs, then I really wonder about your comment.... Any reputable breeder of GSDs, knows there are huge differences between those that breed from West German and American show lines (meaning conformational show) and those that breed predominantly DDR and East European (some West German) working lines. There are still many people out there preserving the true GSD standard. And yes, most of the American lines have serious problems from too much cross-

  • These are not good examples of GSDs. They are beautiful animals, although they look like they need some exercise. Being this overweight is going to cause them problems for sure. These types that have been indiscriminately bred for things like XL size end up having all kinds of problems. Degenerative myelopathy, spondylitis, dysphasia, joint problems, and others. American bred shepherds like this should really be named something else. Still pretty dogs and I'm sure they are sweet. Just breeding

  • They are not well marked at all...not a fan of Sables and long hairs...they long hair has some hind leg/hip issues ...you can tell how its walking

  • what song is this?

  • Heyy... I like this song lol. From Legend :P

    Cute dogs!

  • WTF!? I thought this was porn!

  • I bet they get alot of bone problems because of there size

  • Beautiful Sheppards. I have a big boned dog myself, but the only sad part about big boned sheppards is that they tend to age much faster than a typical sheppard. Mine, Oden, is only 11, and he is nearly blind in one eye, going blind in the other, and its difficult for him to walk. It depresses me to see how age just catches up with these large dogs.

  • o_o These dogs are freakin' huge...

  • THEY LOOK UNHAPPY AND UNKEPTED...DIRT YARD AND NEED BRUSHING AND BATHS I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM A BREEDER THAT KEEPS THE DOGS LIKE THIS...UNCLEAN. IS THIS ONE OF THOSE PUPPY KENNEL OUTFITS AT THE CRAFT SHOWS?

  • @AKQJ40 UMMM Are you stupid? They're running around and playing, that nursing mother is OVER WEIGHT, shes so fat for a mother whos nursing, it usually takes everything out of them, these dogs are VERY healthy and yes with three german shepherds in a yard that size with them FREELY running around they would eventually wear down the grass, thats common sence JACK ASS. If you dont have anything nice to say then SHUT THE FUCK UP, God your so fucking rude! &u can see them renavating in the background

  • @AKQJ40 Oh yeah and one more thing, Another reason the yard is a bit messy is because its covered in hay, for the puppies, and the kennel the puppies are in is big, new, nice looking and well KEPT not ' Kepteded"

  • @AKQJ40 Your an idiot lmfao. Take the brick off your caps lock and shut the fuck up.

  • People how can you guys dislike this video? Look how beautiful those dogs are !!!!!

  • @CODFREAK1995 The Fucking Music Ruined It. Threw it off a cliff.

  • no that mutt is littl

  • Isn't it risky to breed for large size in a breed, isn't this considered poor breeding ?

  • @MrShannon888 Nope, your just uneducated, they're big dogs if you breed a big dog to a big dog then the BIG dog can handle BIG puppies your not supposed to breed LITTLE dogs like chiauahs its more risky, especially if the male is only a lil bit bigger,

  • my german shepherd is more beautiful xd but these are nice to :d

  • @CODFREAK1995 do u have videos of your German Shepard ? Id like to see him.

  • @DgosFinnest No but maybe i can upload a picture or something xd.

  • @DgosFinnest About that comment i was joking xd. Offcors i Think my shepherd is more beautiful cuz hes mine. But i don't have any vids. But I can always try to upload a video. Btw How old are your german shepherds? Cuz theyre really nice

  • my german shepherd is more beautiful xd

  • I have a german shepard that looks like that but skinnier because he's very, very hyper and he hasn't grown all the way yet because he's only 9 months old. Me and my cousin have shepards and trust me they are very loyal and stay by your side. If you are in the market for a dog a shepard is a great choice.

  • ASH IS ADORABLE!

  • love that realy big one its so beautifull

  • the big long haire one is gorgeus

  • One of the reason why Police and Military now using Malinois instead of German Shepherd.

Most of German Shepherd breed for nothing today.

  • @cybertourniquet I have heard that American German Sheppard lines have been ruined beyond repair. They are one of the riskiest breeds to own due to health problems from inbreeding. That big male walks like he has hip dysplasia.

If any breeder advertises dogs as "big boned", "giant", "XXL", "large",etc run like hell.

  • @mwhich50 Yes I'm 100% agree with you. That big dog walks like he have a hips problem, hey.. I won't even run with that dog, seriously.

This kind of dog is for Chihuahua / Boston Terrier / Toy Dog minded trying to own German Shepherd without having knowledge about German Shepherd and they ruined the breed health and usability.

Just like what @Lilly298 say, so cute...

Puppy mills, I hate them. Ruined German Shepherd breed just for the cuteness!!! Got my absolute thumb down.

  • Your dogs are beautiful. I have an 22 month coated, full saddled shepherd that turns everyones head. I get so many comments and "can you give me your breeders name", I want one!!! Unfortunately, I am reluctant as people do not know the care involved with these majestic creatures.

  • best dogs

  • Beautiful, awesome dogs! Pay no mind to these SHOW DOG PEOPLE and there criticism! THE ORIGINAL GERMAN SHEPHERD WAS STOCKY BUILT W/ A STRAIGHT BACK! These idiot show people are trying to ruin the breed w/skinny, sloped back dogs,, and the sloping back is what contributes to hip displasia! I have mostly dealt w/STOCKY BUILT, STRAIGHT BACK, WORKING LINE GERMAN SHEPHERD, AND THEY HAD EXCELLENT HIPS EVEN AT 10 YEARS OLD! BTW, I HAVE 30 YEARS+EXPERIENCE W/THE BREED, SO I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!

  • @1sowild I was advised to get german shepherd with no straight back and it rly did not sounded good to me that dog should have that line if you are expert in dogs do you mind giving me some advice on how to get a good pup since im going to buy one in next 3 months

  • @1sowild too right! True gsd blood is bulky and straight-hinded. Today's show dogs are smaller and tend to have hind leg injuries a lot! I have managed to find myself one a pure blood older hill (old fashioned) shepherd. He is 6 months old now and he is yet to be bulkier than other gsd's older than him. Totally agree with u!

  • There's a thing called the breed standard. It states a 90lbs maximum for 3 reasons. #1 heavier dogs don't have the stamina to herd sheep/track all day/do a 12 hour shift on the street as a patrol dog. #2 Breed uniformity....what makes dog breeds distinct breeds is type and uniformity. #3 Heavier dogs get hip dysplasia far more often. Your male walks VERY stiff legged...and I doubt you OFA your breeding stock -sigh-. Nice dog with the soft ear too, you should consider grooming that one as well.

  • @K9ProSportUSAdotcom woah clam down...its a dog....and BTW its a King Shepard which are very common in dog shows

  • @AbSoLuT3PBnGAME. BTW it says long coated GSD aka German Shepherd Dog NOT King Shepherd. Secondly King Shepherds are MUTTS who're not recognized by the American Kennel Club. Lastly, that dog has hip dysplasia, you can clearly tell by his stiff gait.

  • these shepherds are way too big, too slow for proper schutzhund training

  • This breeder has the best looking gsd I've seen yet. They have straight body lines.

  • @fromala2U check out royalair.org

  • OMG soo CUTE!

  • 0:41 Ohhhh man..

I like this guy.. Very strong and he got good look to become a watch dog.

  • i have a black sable male german shepherd and he is 19 mons and he is 135 lbs

  • awsome pioneer germansheperd i have a doberman

  • Really don't see the "big boned gs...

    not bigger than normal

  • I love German Sheperds. I have an 80 pound Golden Retriever now and would love to get a German as a 2nd dog. I'm sure I'll have to vaccum the house about 5 times daily and buy a million lint rollers but it's still worth it.

  • @SJP444, if shedding is an issue for you, then you might want to look into getting a longcoat GSD. Longcoat GSD's do not have anywhere near the shedding problems of standard coat GSD's. They do shed, and they blow out their coat with the seasonal changes, plus their fur gets matts and tangles if you just look at them funny, requiring daily, sometimes twice daily grooming--especially when they are "moulting". But apart from that, they are much easier to clean up your house after.

  • My sable King Shepherd is 120 lbs. of beauty. She is intelligent, protective, and trustworthy. She is so kind and patient with my grandson....he use to sit on her and pull her lips.....now they swim together in the lake. She swims circle around him to watch over him and he grabs her tail and she pulls him through the water. Love her to death.........best dog ever!!!

  • I got three GSD and Im going to tell you an advice if you are looking for a good guard dog and protection make sure is a full german line and he or she must have a good prey drive and he must love to bite the rags or tugs, and check the pedigree of his parents it will be better if they are SH3 LIKE MINES

  • Love German Shepherds, Ten Stars**********To All...

  • Can long haired german shepherds be useed as guard dogs I have one from a hungarian breeder they say that their dogs can be used as guard dogs but are long coated more gentle i mean i am preety concerned i don't want a huge dog that does nothing i whant a loving companion and a guard dog who can actually bite and protect me if needed pls tell me!!

  • A dog not a machine, you can't turn them off or on. Any German shepherd can be trained to do anything.

  • yeahhhh sure a machine can be programed to do anything but a dog...You can train a guard dog to be lovley companion but you will never train a laidback dog to be a guard dog...Ash its big and beautyfull but he has no use besides being a companion you know german shepherd are supose to work and be agile and Ash its the total oposite of that he it slow and laidback...I don't like the show dog but I like german shepherds to be the breed that was supose to be a good guard dog and a lovley companion!

  • for the best guard dog i would probably get a sable working lined fully german german shepherd. They have the most drive and intensity

  • I know but I didn't know that mine will be long haired they never said that on the breeders site it only said that he can be a guard dog and that he coincides to the breeds standard ...At that time didn't know about working lines and show lines but now I would be able to kill thoes who say that the show version its the corect one.

These dogs don't corespond to german shepherds standart TRUE german shepherds must have protection instincts not laied back temperament SORRY!!

  • ur are 100% right i am with u fully man. i ddnt c that u had already bought it. But yea the coat on a gsd wont change the personality too much, it is said that they are more gentle but my cousin has a long coat and he's a very good guard dog so i guess time will tell. how old is yours ? mine started getting much more protective @ 16 months and he's a german working line so i mean wait until 2 years but if it is a GSD it will protect you instinctively.

  • @regelemufasa...it is part of the nature of all GSD's, regardless of coat to see themselves as protectors. But refining and developing those instincts so that they will use their bite properly is primarily a function of training. I have a Sch3 longcoat that is as nice and gentle as a dog can be. He is a favorite of the kids in the neighborhood. But make a threatening move at me and he instantly goes into protection/attack mode, just as he has been trained to do.

  • @young95 my old GSD, which i miss dearly, was never trained to be a guard dog, his instinct was to guard the house, was funny watching him let people in then not letting them out. Off the lead he would sniff dogs and people and never bite them, on the lead he would be extremely aggressive to anyone approaching me, like a true pack animal protecting his pack leader. they can be trained or not but their instinct to protect is there,

  • @CowsAndCrows....agreed, but I think that the question that was being asked by reglemufasa was whether or not the coat length would affect their ability or willingness to protect. The answer to that is no, not in the least. Essentially, all the Schutzhund training does is to take that natural instinct and refine it. Its a lot of work, but the dog loves it.

  • @young95 yeah but they do not breed the real GS they breed plush tempered ones and this affects the breed TRUE GS must be agile inteligent versatile strong not some big fluffy dog that is big but has no working ability...This its destroying the breed like the show dogs they ARE NOT GS

THE TRUE GS IS JUST ONE BREED ONE NOT 3 NOT SHOW DOGS OR PLUSH TEMPERED DOGS ONLY WORKING DOGS AND THAT'S SAYD!!!

  • @regelemufasa, I would agree with you that since King Shepherds are a combination of GSD, Malamute, and Great Pyranees, they are not GSD's. I should point out, though, that the King Shepherd breed organisation does not even represent them as GSD's, so I am unsure where you are coming from. From what you say, you may not understand the breed standards for coat length etc. So perhaps you could elaborate on what you said in your last sentence?

  • Dogs aren't material minded. They could care less about living in a beautiful house with a great landscape. As long as they have love, their happy... and maybe a toy

  • this song scares me

  • I think if I read correctly on their website that Sheba got in a few scuffs with the boxer at the previous home so as a result she broke her ear so the cartilage can't stand up any more so that is another possible way to identify her as well

  • I was replying to badlive22's comments and bad live although you are somewhat right that the dogs don't look that well taken care of in this video they really do look good in the other videos and even this video they appear well taken care of and loved but not as much as in the other videos but you are still a rude dumb ass

  • forget the song, the dogs look uncared for. I hope you realize the constant love, care, and attention that is required for this breed.

  • hey dip shit in case you didn't notice they do provide that and its very obvious they love their dogs, just look at their other videos and/or their website and you can clearly see that they love their dogs and are very good dog breeders (keep up the good work Pioneer german Shepherds, your dogs are great!) so clearly you are a dumb ass and an asshole badliver22

  • haha Jon & Vangelis nice touch ;)

  • Excellent music selection and nice looking dogs:)

  • forget the music, dogs of this special breed need love, care and lots of attention and I don't see displayed here.

  • look at their other videos and website and you can clearly see that they do provide all that and more dumb ass

  • dammmmmmn i love the male woww tht,s wut u call a GermanSheaperd

  • Beautiful... I love sable gsds. The beginning of the song sounds like something in a scary movie though!

  • nice dogs gay song
