Use a frag grenade. If you don't have those you can either

1 Hide and shoot but that takes time, his HP is high

or

2 Go to the bottom of the tower using the stairwell and when you're at the subbasement, two guys are trying to hack the elevators, kill them and finish the job, then use the lifts to access one of the bottom levels where there's a guy with a shotgun, but when you kill him he has frag grenades, then you can throw one of these at the big man.

at 1:33 there is a secret where matsua is coming out of the alley, and you just go in the alley and find a metal keg and stand near it till you can interact with and your charactor will reach over the keg and say Mmm beer!

In one of my SFOS Special videos I show the three locations for the tapes, as well as the three locations for Ivankov's Papers on one of the Belarus missions.

The third location on this level is on the top floor next to the guy's desk (guy who shot himself, I forgot his name).

I think it's a very underrated game. The production value of the game is pretty crappy, but that doesn't stop it from being fun. I'm the kind of gamer that will play the same game over and over for hours on end, and this is one of those games that kept me occupied for years.

Besides, the game is ridiculously cheap nowadays, so it's more than worth it!

the elevators never work for me i always have to use the gally way ladder thing and climb step by floor.

You can run upstairs to his level and take cover behind pillars. Just keep shooting at him when you have an opening and eventually he will fall (though it might take a while). Also, if I remember correctly, he's impervious to headshots because of his mask.

If you haven't already, go to Minsk and get the CZ Mach 9. It's one of my favorite primary weapons for this stage using dual wield since it holds a lot of ammo and is pinpoint accurate. Even if you don't have the headshot lock yet, you can tear up the enemies with Flak Jackets with it too, so make heavy use of it.

You can put them to sleep with that, but to complete the objective, you must shoot them in the head while they are laying on the ground unconscious.

The Yakuza and another Japanese gang (I forgot their names) are fighting each other. Lian set up the fight between the two gangs to be a distraction so that you can get into the building easier while the guys are too busy fighting each other.

So you'll have to get 1300 kills on Carthage 1? I recommend crawling in and out of that first tunnel in front of the first tent where the CHA officer runs. It's directly in front of you when you first start the mission.

The guards will respawn quickly and there will be a lot of them.
