Yes they all have big blocks , except the ones with outboards . They come with the basic 496 entry level motor all the way threw 1650 sci motors then turbines.
its amazing, ya a dashboard cam would be a good add on, plus we are from calgary so we dont get to take this out very much, its always a blast when we get to.
Ironically I tried to suction cup my camera to my car on the way down there, but she was too bouncy. A handheld might be in order, cause it would bounce too much. Or if you could rig something up that could make it smooth.
You guys would get a lot more exposure if you hooked up with some great DV cams. This camera is the Kodak Zi6. Great little tool, inexpensive. Many more hits and huge exposure. This video is top of my videos on Youtube. People love it.
i like the laugh at 5:53

do most of them have big block chevy engines
super87cole 2 years ago
I have no clue. I'm sure they are all marine engines though. The first boat there has 2 Apache turbine engines.

@super87cole I loved the dinghies with a 9.8 on 'em. Can get right rockin in 'em. Great to play in all day.

@super87cole He idles faster than your boat.

@super87cole More than big blocks
Most drive diesel long block engines as they're more efficient when super charged. Not many turbos on the water as they over heat to easily.
There is also a lot of long block marine engines (Mercruiser) 710 CUi. MOst boast that come run 800-1500 HP.

ya im pretty sure theres something out there tha would get on there and stay on.

Oh staying on wasn't the issue. It was the jittering due to the little weight of the camera. I have a video somewhere on this, so check my archive.
They also make steadicam mounts that hook up with counterweights over the shoulder, etc. It's a bit much, but what a video you would have.
