I'm doing a musical analysis on Regina Spektor at school and am hoping to perform this for it :) and I was just wondering where do you get your sheet music from for this and On the Radio? Because I'd love the arrangment you did for On the Radio and this. Thanks so much for uploading! You rock. :)

I got the sheet music for "Braille" on a yahoo group called RegiSpek You should check it out, they have tons of sheet music. you just have to sign up for a yahoo email address (if you dont already have one) so that u can join the group.

As for sheets for "On The Radio", i'm afraid i dont have any coz that was sort of my own arrangement. but there may be some sheet music on that same yahoo group. It would at least tell u the chords, and then u can do whatever

@Polyology i think it's like turpentine and patches means to fix/ cover up mistakes. patch over holes and turpetine is a paint thinner ya know

Btw why not you try covering 'Back Of A Truck' or even 'The Flowers'? They're both very challenging songs to cover, and I think your voice suits these songs well.

This is really impressive, I have to say. Your voice is really unique, as well, and I love how you bring your own style to the song. You didn't try to do it exactly the way Regina Spektor does, which I appreciate.

I don't know that Jason Mraz would be right for you, but you may consider covering Jason Reeves.

thank you very much. its always nice to hear about having a unique voice. I think the last thing any singer wants to hear is that they sound just like someone else.

I do love lots of music... but to be honest, i have avoided covering songs that are sung by male vocalists, because that way there is less comparison from my voice to his. If that makes any sense...

but i'm sure i'll do something like that one of these days ^_^

That makes perfect sense, especially since I think the downfall of many women is that they get compared to some former great, and then once they try to break away from that, they get criticized for it. It's also almost impossible for women to cover Regina Spektor because her voice is so unique and hard to mimic.
