If your asking whether or not you can solo it comes down to your attack defence prayer and somewhat your hp. Strength doesn't matter near as much as you think. You need to hit often and stay alive. 80 for attack and defence should be fine, any lower and you will probably only get 1 kill a trip. 60+ prayer is highly reccomended and 52+ summoning as well for the 12 extra food from terrorbird

when you go in dont double spec right away. use one spec then wait tell hes under hp for the second spec. 2nd spec will always be fail if you double spec it right away. hope that helped :)
