Having ridden both what would you recomend? I want to ride trials but not the traditional style more street/bmx trials, but the bikes are to expensive so ive decided to start out on bmx as were getting a sk8 park in our town soon. Is this the right desiition in your opinion or should i save up and get a 24" street trials bike?

In my opinion your better of with a bmx for the street type stuff, especially if you're just starting of. The stuff Danny Mac is doing is basically bmx on a trials bike, he even says it himself.

i luv trials... and bmx... not particularly jumpin on rails and stuff but i do jumps and some trials moves like statics and the different hopping styles. i really like bmx tho cause u can use most of the trials skills in it and u can also grind and vert much easier. bmx wins in my opinion.
