Took my babies away for a yr in a half. It is not right what the gov. Hi William....I have a friend on FB in Texas who also had her little girl taken away from her illegally for no reason and the court awarded the little girl to her abusive Garndmother and step grand father.She has been trying for 3 yrs or more to get her child back...this is an outrage. I think YouTube is such a wonderful thing in exposing government corruption, which would otherwise never make it to the main stream media. This happened to my family, same thing stole my Grandson and tried to make my Daughter and her Husband do uneeded services. They actually were trying to adopt out my Grandson, even though I have a very large Family and there were at least 10 upstanding Family members willing to take Him in. It took one year and $40,000.00 in Attorney fees before the case was dismissed and we have the baby back. We are truly scarred from this experience, a total travesty.

It is too easy for someone like this to march into someones home, And make their own judgments about this or that. CPS should have the power to take an obviously abused child from an unfit home, but by no means should they be untouchable. And if a mistake is made return the child to their home and say I'm sorry, Dont drag them through a battle they almost certainly cannot win, just to save your ego.

Hi William....I have a friend on FB in Texas who also had her little girl taken away from her illegally for no reason and the court awarded the little girl to her abusive Garndmother and step grand father.She has been trying for 3 yrs or more to get her child back...this is an outrage. m going through the same thing now with cas under false accusations my 4 children were taken and im fighting to get them back. Since i stated truth in a meeting with cas worker and her supervisor the supervisor tried to state i needed a psychological evaluation as i remembered things differently as the worker remembers.when i speak up truth worker threatens me to take my visits away with my children there even forcing me to go to councelor and i found the counselor is filling in cas worker

Taking Lorazopam during the 3rd trimester forces a child to go through withdraw at birth. The child had lots of it in his system and had to go through hell. I don't pity this woman. Everyone is nervous during childbirth. Taking downers is DANGEROUS to the fetus. I'm sure she knew this! @williamwagener The Mom took illegal drugs. If you take drugs that are not yours it's illegal. And I know about Lorazopam because I researched it. It can cause dependency in a 3rd trimester fetus. If it would have been hers and the prescribing doctor decided that the benefits outweighed the risks then I would have no problem. She didn't ask a doctor and it wasn't hers. I'm glad the baby was taken. She's a shitty mom.

This happened to my family, same thing stole my Grandson and tried to make my Daughter and her Husband do uneeded services. They actually were trying to adopt out my Grandson, even though I have a very large Family and there were at least 10 upstanding Family members willing to take Him in. It took one year and $40,000.00 in Attorney fees before the case was dismissed and we have the baby back. We are truly scarred from this experience, a total travesty.

lie forge records, lie to the judge and on paperwork and tell more lies to comfort the victims early on.... and its all "CONFIDENTIAL" I have seen some of the court reporters
transcripts, and its awful, Jury trial denied, speed trial denied, strangers in court not Identified. and confrontation of accusing witnesses DENIED by corrupt and rotten Judge Herman, whose wife is also a judge and signed or back daged his Oath of office.

OKAY...... so, is there an answer? Where did the kid end up? Did CPS follow their own codes, and place the kid with family? Did the "foster family" ever get turned in for domestic violence? Were the bruises on the kids at their hands ever investigated? Was there just the federal funding and this case forgotten? Was this kid ever tested for Indian heritage or did the county swoop him out of their hands?

When a person is charged with committing a crime, he or she is given the opportunity to respond. There are 3 possible responses: guilty, not guilty, & no contest. If a defendant does not enter a plea, a plea of not guilty will be entered for him or her. From the Latin, nolo contendre, no contest means the person does not refute the charges, but also does not claim guilt for the charges. This can save time if a person convicted of a crime must stipulate to each of the charges.

No, It means they have been found guilty, after weeks of false imprisonment, lack of real Defense, by pleading "NO Contest"
which means they can not be sued civil court for wrong doing,though they did NOT hurt anyone. But it gives them
as criminal record, and makes it more difficult to sue for the CPS kidnaping and SALE of their first born child to an adoptive family. Which is why the County of S.B. conspired
to CRIMINALLIZE them and set them up. Jury could have done the same, but coercion !

Well, the cps worker is wearing sunglasses, so SHE must be on drugs to hide her eyes..... as for the girl talking. ALL COURT SESSIONS ARE DRAINING. I did my job as a good joe and sat in on a few. You wait for sometimes hours, after getting up at God knows what time, and I'm sure they couldn't be nervous scared tired or upset after having all this barbary go down on them.

And certified social workers have the education and training to determine if a child is endangered. Well, on that basis, you could invade most Nursing homes and arrest 80% for "sharing" drugs not prescribed specifically to them, but a room mate, and tons of elderly who live at home keep unUsed drug meds, and use them later or share them with a family member or wife or husband, and could be jailed In fact, I had several sheriffs tell me the did just THAT. And I did not mention

@williamwagener 1) Lorezepam was mentioned by "cassidy" in the video. She stated she took Lorezepam. 2) As for Nursing homes, wrong... atleast in my state, all medications are kept under lock and key inside the medication rooms. They are not kept in the patient's rooms. If an outside person brought something in and gave it to the patient, then it must be sent to pharmacy for identification. Then there's an approval process. If they do not follow that rule, then yes an investigation will ensue.

Your analogy of Nursing home residents who may share an Aspirin or some Arthritis cream is not even relevant to the sharing, selling, and abuse of Narcotic medications and controlled substances. 4) Law provides for CPS to take a child who is endangered in anyway. When you take controlled substances without a prescription to harm your unborn baby, when you live in a home with a drug dealing father ... she's guilty.
