But maybe it's cause groups like HomeBrew have Maori accents where as Savage is Samoan (Scribe is roughly half/half but he doesn't have a Maori accent either) so I dunno, maybe the 'Samoan-sided Kiwi Accent' sort of sounds American? Or maybe Savage's parents are from American Samoa cause they have different accents to Western Samoa and maybe that's where the 'yankiness' comes from.
