  • Thanks finally my doors can be opened normally! =)

  • nice one. such a simple upload yet so valuable. cheers

  • Thank you! That helped tremendously.

  • I’m happy with my 328i, but the only performance mods are sport suspection and the Signature Motoring performance intake for about $150. Signature Motoring kit adds around 11HP on the dyno, great sound, and the best performance upgrade for the money. See my channel videos!

    -Adds 9-11 HP

-Never replace filter again (uses K&N filter)

    -GREAT SOUND

-Installs in maybe 30-45 min. K&N filter lasts a lifetime.

I'm thinking maybe performance exhaust, but eh.

  • Thank you from Germany!

Besides, if you check out the number of people he has helped with this tip (plus the ones who haven't posted a thank you!) it probably wouldn't be far off a million quid.

Now to go down to my local BMW dealer and get my money back for the $400 dollar part they said would fix the problem. I wish the world was full of more honest people like you. Thanks again!

  • I was thinking the same. Until I went to tighten it (clock wise) and it broke lose. I thought I snapped the screw or something worse. Until I started turning anti clock wise and it tightened nicely.

In other words mine was already tight.

  • I like the sound you make when you try to open it the first time hahaha. But very good tip, my doors are also hard to open. People always think that i locked it.

But i also noticed that the E46 doors are opened a little but upwards, which a lot of people don't know.

  • Ahhh coool, my m3 door is doing this.

  • thanks will give it a go,

  • Ive been trying to resolve this for quite a while and your quick Video did the trick!

Thank you my friend from across the sea.

  • No problem :-)

  • @docmatt

My door handle was loose on my 528i and the other day, it broke completely off, all that steel just broke. Now I get to replace the whole handle and the driver's door is most expensive but I can't drive around like this for long! If I had seen this video before I may have been able to prevent this issue.

  • Thank you very much!
