  • not to mention to get more power/stretch ect from the punches rotate on the heel and ball of the foot put 30% weight on front foot 70% on back foot. rotate shoulders and use body behind punches for more power and strectch.

  • its a disgrace to any practionier you don't have the kicks or the punches right let alone knowing the guard position. it don't matter rather this is a "combat kickboxing" course or cardio you have to have the 4 parts of the kick chamber fold kick recoil. no matter what always guard the face. and know where to strike at. other then that this is an ok video 6 out 10
