I own 2 cats, neither of them ever acted this way, EVER. They've been well taken care of their entire life. However, some people are cruel and heartless and abuse their animals. Obviously, this cat is now scarred for life, but at least he is in a shelter. Don't blame the person making the video. Blame the person who made the cat this way. The cat would hiss and spit regardless of a camera being there or not, they have to take care of the cat, clean up after it, feed it, etc.
