No matter if it's Sony or Microsoft, they both have a bad customer service.
If it's "ROD" or a Playstation failure, both companies suck when you need to get some help. Shame on you.

Not really dude. If you got RROD they never carried at all, Seriously I gave my 360 RROD on purpose just so I could bitch at them and got a new one. M$ handled 360 repairs really well.

@EvolRogg Well, my 360 had the E74 problem and I have to say I had no problem getting it fixed at all, couldn't fault the repair service
