Surya Namaskar -- -- Here is something that has been around for thousands of years and has withstood the test of time.It strengthens the body, circulation, the breathing, and keeps the body limber and in shape. It is a yogic exercise which consists of twelve particular postures, one following another, in a fixed, cyclic order to ensure improvement and good health in one's digestion, agility, rejuvenation, beauty and longevity.
do it everyday, watch what you eat, be disciplined, and yoga can do anything including keeping hair from falling/greying. it takes time and a ton of effort and you wont see results in the short term but like anything worthwhile in life you need dedication and hard work. Do yoga and pranayama everyday for a year (gradually increasing practice), eat healthy and keep a positive attitude and you can see for yourself.
@bonzihunter Everything that has been said above is true. I'm 56 years old and have been practising yoga since 30 years. No grey hair, still slim. Try it.....

yoga is great but it's no "wonder-drug" like the description makes it sound. Prevents hair from falling and graying?? Get real
