Hey I looked everywhere on your site for the brushes package ( the one with the buildings tops ) and I couldn't find it . I would really appreciate it if you would explain better where it is . I can't find your site ( Checked your profile here, that comics site )
I'm not sure of his method but it looks like he had a simple square for the building bases, then a series of lines and thin rectangles for the windows and for the capitols, find some building photos you like and either reduce it to b/w and increase the contrast to its basic profile or trace it with the pen tool and fill with black then 'Edit'>'Define Brush Preset'. Then just scale. Just a suggestion...this vid is pretty sweet tho, eh? :O

bit late on reply haha, but thanks, took about an hour for the painting, 15mins each setting up then encoding time was an hour or so
