Alright there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my auntie got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.
yes she is correct. But while doing this you can also gain weight by going to the gym and do muscle exercises. That way, you'll gain weight in muscles too. I do that on such places as my arms, legs and ankles for example and it works really great if you remember to eat correct and alot too.
I'm 20 5'3 and only weigh 112 i was 117 recently /....ughh i keep going down and up and I never make it to 120. I want to reach atleast 130. Please help. ITS SO HARD TO GAIN WEIGHT THEN IT IS TO LOSE

Eating 6 meals a day might actually make you skinnier and leaner. Everytime you eat, your metabolism is kickstarted. So you would be having a fast metabolism and would'nt gain any weight.
Its better if you have 2 or 3 meals a day, no snacks in between. Eat LARGE portions at every meal. Metabolism is slowed when you skip meals, so you gain weight if you eat larger portions.
Also eat healthy sources of protein. No junk food!

I'm 25, weigh just under 160lbs. and don't engage in weightlifting too often, but I'm trying to put on at least an extra 15-20lbs. so people will stop saying I look so skinny. But, try to watch out for all the sodium, they have regular peanuts with out salt which are also great and work!!! ALSO try to gluten free almond crunch peanut bar eat one every morning and looking forward to it!!! they are the best!!!

@TheCarlacat I'm not an expert or anything, but when I was fifteen I was probably around 50 kilo's and I was very healthy and exercised like 3-5 times a week and ate a lot! But when I turned sixteen that's when my thighs and butt gained weight and it happened really fast! I was still what people considered skinny although I was 58 kilos at age sixteen, it's just DNA. Still I would always try 2 eat more n more to gain weight. Today when obesity is so common people think it's abnormal to be thin!

My siblings said it's so easy to gain weight than those who are over weight. I believe it. It take me 2-3 months to gain about 25 pounds. Have faith and trust yourself so it can work for you. If you don't have that, it's won't help you at all.Don't always put yourself down but lift your spirit soar high and think positive about yourself so it'll help you with confidence. :)
@cwher1 thank you this is very kind. but i dont think you have a fast metabolism. fast metabolic rate is when you eat normally but your digestion system is at a faster rate than the food you eat, which causes a very small percentage of what you eat to actually stay in your body. thats why they say overweight people have slow metabolism, takes a long time for their bodies to break the fat and sugar.. so it just stays :)

Hey, it's not me think too much. It's the true about gaining weight is alot easier than those who are over weight...becoz I've experience and it takes few months to gain than eating less a day. I ate 4-6 x a day really worked. Believe it or not, it's all up to you. My bro told me that don't let metabolism burn you down so I did ate every 2-3 hours a day and wait 1 hour until the food down before nap a day. I've gained and I'm happy. Woohoo! i have a bmi of 18, some people have told me that this is too low, and i need to gain weight, and others have said that this is fine and healthy? I'm confused, i don't want to gain weight if i don't need to.
The recommended BMI is 20. that's healthy, but I would aim for about 21 BMI just to be sure. 16 BMI is underweight, 26 is overweight, and apparantly 50 is mordbidly obese, and can be fatal.

exercise and eat can help gain weight, too. it makes me go hungry. i don't take any vitamins. i drink 6-8 glasses of waters and sleep 6-8 hours a day even take a nap that what i do everyday without being lazy but diligence. I'm really helping myself to feel much confidence! :)

I've been experienced thru being thin...I had gain weight. It take 2 or 3 months to gain. I ate 5-6 times a day everyday. All I did was eat, eat and eat BIG every 2-3 hours. It really works for me. I forced myself to eat no matter what...so the tummy can have enough space to fill in and can gain weight lot easier. if your tummy is tight, then you can't fill in it and that make you cannot gain weight. my opinion.

There is a misunderstanding between GAINING weight and getting fat. If you metabolism is high try to eat 5 meals a day and corvine it with exercise. When you feel satisfy stop eating. Remember that gaining weight is not getting Fat. It is actually building muscle. You don't have to look all muscles to look good and with your right weight.

@cwher1 thank you this is very kind. but i dont think you have a fast metabolism. fast metabolic rate is when you eat normally but your digestion system is at a faster rate than the food you eat, which causes a very small percentage of what you eat to actually stay in your body. thats why they say overweight people have slow metabolism, takes a long time for their bodies to break the fat and sugar.. so it just stays :)

Hey, it's not me think too much. It's the true about gaining weight is alot easier than those who are over weight...becoz I've experience and it takes few months to gain than eating less a day. I ate 4-6 x a day really worked. Believe it or not, it's all up to you. My bro told me that don't let metabolism burn you down so I did ate every 2-3 hours a day and wait 1 hour until the food down before nap a day. I've gained and I'm happy. Woohoo! Thanks God for helping me with my boda. Whoa! :)

i have a bmi of 18, some people have told me that this is too low, and i need to gain weight, and others have said that this is fine and healthy? I'm confused, i don't want to gain weight if i don't need to.

The recommended BMI is 20. that's healthy, but I would aim for about 21 BMI just to be sure. 16 BMI is underweight, 26 is overweight, and apparantly 50 is mordbidly obese, and can be fatal.

This is great advice. Thanks for the awareness as well. Im 15 yrs old and I weigh like 45 kg but I am like 5'9. I have really long legs, a short upper body and a tiny waist so I don't look so starved. Im naturally skinny, but I still wanna gain some pounds so I look normal LOL Thanks <3 <3

exercise and eat can help gain weight, too. it makes me go hungry. i don't take any vitamins. i drink 6-8 glasses of waters and sleep 6-8 hours a day even take a nap that what i do everyday without being lazy but diligence. I'm really helping myself to feel much confidence! :)

I've been experienced thru being thin...I had gain weight. It take 2 or 3 months to gain. I ate 5-6 times a day everyday. All I did was eat, eat and eat BIG every 2-3 hours. It really works for me. I forced myself to eat no matter what...so the tummy can have enough space to fill in and can gain weight lot easier. if your tummy is tight, then you can't fill in it and that make you cannot gain weight. my opinion.

gaining weight is easier than to lose weight. don't feel too bad that you're skinny becuz when you get older you'll gain weight. it takes time and you have to help yourself, too. :o)

Me too, i eat as much as i can, but i don't gain weight, my cousin says im 'model skinny' and i should take that as an advantage, but my clothes dont look good on me, and hardly anything fits, and im too young to do the weight lifting... :( i hate that

There are milk shakes of protein to gain weight. You can check them out but you also need to exercise... I am156 pounds 6" "0 1.82, I need to gain 19 pounds for my division ...I'll make it in 3 months..try it by eating 6 times a day and protein bars... 2 liters of water everyday... sounds like a lot but it's a routine that's all

There is a misunderstanding between GAINING weight and getting fat. If you metabolism is high try to eat 5 meals a day and corvine it with exercise. When you feel satisfy stop eating. Remember that gaining weight is not getting Fat. It is actually building muscle. You don't have to look all muscles to look good and with your right weight.

I feel the same way. Being too skinny is like being too fat. Im tired of people asking me if im anorexic or bulimic. i try everything and i cannot gain weight. It also pisses me off that guys tell me that would like me if i was " fatter'

but not too much so it doesn't mess up your acid balance or whatever it's called ...
