Left 4 Dead 2: CS:S weapons in german demo

So, im playign Demo with random ppl, and they say things like "Oooh a combat knife" and im like WTF" and after I quit, I play demo about 50 times trying to find the weapons and then give up, and now I found this vid. THIS EXPLAINS SO MUCH.

this is for germany because they have censored l4d2 no gore and all that thats why Valve put CSS weapons for germany

Ive found the knife and one of the other guns before in game. I was just like woah. O.O never found them since without there being a mod on. >.>

Is there a mod to have the CSS guns, Gore, and the riot zombies in the American version? If so post a link please. Also the bolt assemblys are still left oriented and the sig's scope still dosen't work........

@Blindsniper1993  there is sourcemod, if you have your own dedicated server, you can the the css guns thru console, but not the knife, the knife is only for germans

germany and australia both have the censored versions. but germany gets css weapons while australia gets regular l4d and l4d2 weapons.
