We have the most cost effective way to implement solar and wind energy going, and no one is listening or helping. If we were granted 1/100 of that $70million you mentioned we could make things happen ...BIG TIME.. Check out our "Solar-Wind Generator Green Construction" on YouTube. You're right we need to put the money where we get the biggest bang for our bucks! ! Also, where do I purchase those solar panels for a dollar a watt?
