I remember my 5th standard cookery teacher and how she loved seeing me cooking as well as enjoying what I cooked.... I am sure she would have loved this man too!!! <3
I know that many people don't like the slimy texture that bhindi give but, personally, I love it. I was wondering if there were other recipes I could make that were slimy. There is a vegetable that is similar to small potatoes and tastes like a coarser textured slimy potato (I think it is called arrawi in North India). Also, what do you think about using yellow bananas? Do you have any ideas for such a slimy spicy dish?
Chef, I tried this recipe yesterday. Thank you for posting it! Could you please clarify how much Onion, Tomatoes, Okra and Green/Yellow peppers to use? You mentioned 2 tomatoes in the recipe and I guessed the rest based on what the quantity looked like in your video. I love the addition of the measuring spoons! It would great if you could also add info about the quantities of vegetables and meat in your recipes. Regardless, you are really awesome! My friends and I love your videos.

I can totally relate to the measuring thing.. I think cooking is an art, a creativity, nothing technical about it, once i start cooking its so inspirational that the right quantity and quality come on its own, but then that my experience.. :)
Sanjay, you are a great communicator and a great chef. It's a winning combination which makes me watch your videos with much interest. I have learnt the rava dosa from your videos and I have taught my friends too. Thank you very much. But, I somehow do not succeed in making perfect aloo parathas. The attempt is still on. Thank you once again. Please keep posting.
You have taught me so much that I have almost watched most of your vegetarian videos. I truely applaud the way you communicate and make us giggle with you natural behaviour. I haven't seen any other video comparable to that of yours. The dishes has been tried by me and those tasted damn good and lauded by everyone. You are kindly requested to keep posting more of exotic vegetarian dishes including rich salads of differenet varities.
My grandmother cooked okra until they turned gray. So I always threw it out the window and the dog ate them. Maybe that's why I wasn't great in calculus.:)
My goodness, chef. It looks and sounds so delicious. I don't even like cooking, Now I want to make this colorful Okra dish. never deep fried Okra before. But I will strictly follow your instructions,
This turned out awesome.......I love this guy;s style of cooking...........wht I did is I added some more chilli powder and cumin & coriander powder as I like my food really spicy.......but this was delicious.......bravo......
u shut ur trap mofo...people like u just want to piss on something thats nice like vah chef, trying to find vague mistakes...it was totally unnecessary...n coming to ur point, it doesnt matter where the videos arre shot u dumbo, its where u hail from...that y i said dont try to be too american...i bet you must be one of those uncouth blue-collar IT workers trying to act pseud...go get a life than correcting spellings...BTW its "EVER" and not "EVAH"...
seriously, who are you? and what the hell is your problem?! If I write something that's between me and the chef... Why do you care?
Just mind your damn business! And yes, quit entertaining me... You've already come across as a loser here. Please now, you're suffocating me.. .Back off!
this is really delicious dish...the way sanjay explains and feel for the whole process, preparation is just awesome..u just feel like trying it out for sure.....:)
Hey Vah Chef,Kadai Bhendi came out so well....Thanks!! Even my mom used to say that eating okra will make me score good marks in mathematics...he he....Take care.
Actually, I find it liberating that all your measurements are "lil bit of dis, lil bit of dat", it helps me get more of an idea of how much of each spice it's "right" to use according to dish and flavor. Plus, none of your teaspoonfuls were level, so it didn't really help those who are used to the American way. I prefer the system of learning in the (video) company of the guru, to just memorizing a recipe.
great recipe...simple yet delicious.....was indeed a finger licking dish.....
