    can u plzz tell me 1-whats the oval space below the pointer..while the pointer is showing left areolar costodiaphragmatic recess... whats oval space below it in @1.52....

    2-also plz tell me how do we see lymphatics in the x-ray as in pulmonary lymphadenoapthy????? previously i thought that the paratracheal whitish masses were lymph nodes but now i have got to know they were blood vessels...? waiting for an asnwr.

    @1.52 is the bubble of gas in the stomach below the diaphragm. This is normal.

    Lymphatics are not commonly seen on a CXR unless enlarged, which may show as a mediastinal enlargment or Kerley B lines.
