  • I know its expensive for staples, like gas food ect but isn't it nice or do you just try to talk yourself into it. I have a few friends that live on Oahu south shore and one friend in Leia. Past Kahuku. Aloha

  • @birdmanbl Yes, it is expensive. You just hope you don't work so much to afford it that you don't get to enjoy it. :)

  • @SOHIFitness very wise

  • wow, that's amazing

  • Sister, you got the life I want. Exercising in Hawaii. SWEET

  • @birdmanbl I like to think it is nice. :) Thanks!

  • системата казва не

  • while doing push ups, ur hands shud be perpendicular to the ground; neither slanting forward nor backward.

  • thank you! My PST only requires that I do 50 pushups in 2 minutes, but If I do 100, I will be looked at for becoming a SEAL in the Navy :D

  • @bleujae1 Thats why I'm on here. I want to become a Navy SEAL an ned to be able to do 100 in 2 minutes

  • @skaterbill06 have you joined the navy and taken any PSTs yet? i got 51 pushups on my last pst :(

  • I I counted 21 push ups.........

  • @sujannna LOL..that is because we didn't show you the whole workout as not to bore you! Trust me..I did em all.

  • @SOHIFitness I don't trust you lol. And btw; pushups don't count if you aren't breaking the 90 degree plane. Which I'm pretty certain you didn't on any of yours ;)

  • @JFrostification1 You know what I like about all you critics? None of you ever have any identifying information on your channel ;)

  • Would this workout build the stamina to do 100 consecutive pushups?

  • @mauga1993 Totally! That is how I upped my push-up number!

  • @SOHIFitness how often should i do this workout?

  • you look good :)

  • @Helarielmeri Thanks! :)

  • wow awesome job!

  • @dou Thanks! :)

  • dont see what eveybody is complainign about

    thats good form

  • @casketofdog :)

  • ...biomechanics...you should go deeper.

  • @novicerower2010 We would love for you to send us a video of you doing the same workout! We will be waiting! :)

  • I don't mean to sound like a perv but that was hot.

  • @Str33tFiGhTeR1 LOL..who knew push-ups could be hot.

  • did you tried them full range. will it be as effective as all the way down?

  • @caverna18bg Ok, so to get technical..when you go beyond the body line with your elbows in a bench press, the force angle decreases and stretches the muscle thereby putting it into a position where the actin and myosin fibers (protein filaments that slide past one another that make the muscle contract) aren't sufficiently overlapped, the pec muscle is unable to fully contract with as much force. This puts the shoulder muscles at risk to make up the diff. I apply this rule to pushups as well! :)

  • half push ups

  • @caverna18bg I only go to 90 degrees due to the biomechanics of your chest and shoulder muscles. The same goes for bench press. :)

  • @SOHIFitness Biomechanics only accounts for a portion of the story!!! The body can do many things that even we are just now discovering. Look at the workout videos these days!!!! Average people are beginning to do amazing things all the time now.. I understand about cross fibers (cross bridges that you speak of when the troponin molecule triggers that contraction and the sarcomeres shorten) Don't limit this to physicality only! SPIRIT is a big factor that all of us science fools overlook.

  • @prophit06 You guys are too much! Thanks for the comment! :)

  • @caverna18bg

absolutely so. agree on that. but it feels good all the way down.

  • This is great! I am so going to try this. Thanks for making these videos, I think that people who take the time out of their life to make helpful videos for everyone should be appreciated a lot more so thanks a lot!

  • @katGarkia15 Thanks! Let us know if there is a video you would like to see!

  • G♂♀d Aftern☺☻n!!! It is a very healthful exercise, i will to try.. Hug***

  • @jonatacertain Yea! Let me know how you do! :)

  • I can do 30 diamond pushups :S, i wanna be able to do around 75 diamonds and 100 normal.. is that realistic? im 15, 5 ft 9

  • @destinystruth I think if are looking to do that one after another, it will be tough, but possible. I would start by slowly building up. For example, start with diamonds and do 35 followed by 50 push-ups. Do this a few times over a couple of weeks and then increase each by 5 reps, until you get to your goal of 75 diamonds and 100 pushups. Good Luck! Let me know when you get to your goal! :)

  • @destinystruth Very stupid question, telling your height is irrelevant, giving your body fat% is a better indicator you dummie, and because she didn't answered i would say it's possible if you train hard. Why should this be impossible?

  • @muscleartist90 rofl was getting too excited to answer this. first why is height not necessary? when you are tall, you got more leverage, wing span, bone density, muscle mass. on the flip side you are doing push up which is 25 - 30% your max strength capacity. your tolerance to pain is more important. being tall actually gets more body weight

  • @NelsonHolthouser Thank you and good luck with football! Let me know when you can do all 100.

  • Very good! 27 is excellent. I just did 50 straight through without stopping or going to my knees and each push-up I had my elbows down to a 90 degree angle. Thanks for the challenge back! :)

  • @SOHIFitness

Can take a video of that? That would be great!

  • I will give it a try and let you know, but meanwhile, you have to do the same! :) How many can you do?

  • @SOHIFitness I just did 27.

  • So how many pushup can you do consecutively, without jumping jacks?
