Is 5 Property 100,000 euros?

Hello! Yes, it's 100,000 Euros... The property does have an electrical line so getting electricity will not be a problem and it has it's own small natural well ... this property is owned by a close family relative, and because my husband and I live in the same area, I would be able to help you in any steps for building permits, building materials, etc.
I also have a copy of the topograph (blueprints) if you would like to take a look at them. Let me know! Cheers, Georgette
